In order to receive the vouchers, you will need to upgrade to one of the following Yearly plans: Combo, Unlimited or eCommerce. Please make sure that you have, indeed, purchased one of these plans.

To find your vouchers: Sign in to your Wix account > at the top right of the page, hover over the user panel > click Vouchers.

 

Note: The vouchers are a one-time gift that come with your first year of purchase.
 

Note: Your free domain voucher will appear as soon as you purchase a plan that includes this promotion. However your Facebook Ads and Google Adwords vouchers will only appear in the Vouchers section after 48 hours.

    I purchased my combo in February for 2nd year but neither year did I receive vouchers and none are listed on my account under vouchers.

      I'm sorry. I don't understand when I upgraded to a combo and talked with Wix support at the time I created the website why I wasn't told about the vouchers. It does me no good to know about them now. I only found this information out today when I suggested another person set up a business website through Wix and he discovered this. It does a client no good to have incentives if you don't talk to them about them when they talk to you about upgrading. I'd like to have some voucher of some kind offered in lieu of knowing about this when I signed up.

    Hello,

    I also did not receive a facebook and google ads voucher. Under "Voucher Code" it says "Please contact customer support to claim your gift vouchers".

    I have a combo account.

      You will be able to view your vouchers once your domain is connected correctly.

      I see that you haven't assigned your domain to your site yet. Please click here for a step by step instruction on assigning your domain to your Wix site.

    Hi! Could you help me please. I paid for my Premium pachage on the 3rd of April but still doesnt have any vouchers in my aacount. My site is www.beauty-soul. in.ua and it doesnt work now, cos I cant get domein voucher. What should I do?

    We have a month by month subscription and it shows that we should get a facebook voucher and it says to upgrade to a years subscription. That is not what is shown on the chart when ordering. Can you please help me?

      Please note: You will be entitled to recive free gift vouchers only if you purchase the Yearly subscription ( Combo, Unlimited, eCommerce ).

      Please note that monthly subscriptions are not eligible for the vouchers. 

      They only apply to yearly subscriptions.

    I've upgraded to an e-commerce monthly account. My Facebook voucher is now available in the voucher tab, but iI can't find anywhere my google adwords voucher. HELP!!

      I apologize for the inconvenience. I have allocated a Google Adwords voucher to your account, which can be located via Manage Premium > Vouchers. The voucher will be available for use within 48 hours.

      Please note that your Facebook Ads and Google Adwords vouchers will only appear in the Vouchers tab after 48 hours of the purchase of your Premium package.

      If after this time your vouchers still don't appear in your account, please contact us again.
