In order to receive the vouchers, you will need to upgrade to one of the following Yearly plans: Combo, Unlimited or eCommerce. Please make sure that you have, indeed, purchased one of these plans.

To find your vouchers: Sign in to your Wix account > at the top right of the page, hover over the user panel > click Vouchers.

 

Note: The vouchers are a one-time gift that come with your first year of purchase.
 

Note: Your free domain voucher will appear as soon as you purchase a plan that includes this promotion. However your Facebook Ads and Google Adwords vouchers will only appear in the Vouchers section after 48 hours.

    I bought yearly package but only received $50 facebook ads and 1 year free domain hosting vouchers but not google adwords? please let me know how i can receive google adwords voucher?

      Hi Sunil,

      The voucher expired. I have extended it for you till the end of the year. You will be able to see it in the vouchers tab.

    I purchased the unlimited plan in November, this was my second year purchasing it, I never used the vouchers from the first year and don't see any vouchers on my account from this year. How do I get them?

      Please note that the vouchers are a gift only in the first year of purchase and theyunfortunately  expired in your case.

    Yeah, I can't seem to find my Adwords voucher for my account. I had already used the Facebook voucher, but now it says I have another one? I need my Adwords voucher instead.

    Please I have only 2 hours  left for vouchers. But I still dont have Voucher code. Please help. What is wrong?

      Sorry for the misunderstanding, the countdown was until the vouchers are released to your account and made visible, not until they expire. I checked your account and the vouchers are now there. Please follow the instructions here to use the vouchers.

    I see vouchers on my account. But there are not any numbers but says, your voucher is valid for another 15 hours. what do i do.

      Please note that your Facebook Ads and Google Adwords vouchers will only appear in the Vouchers tab after 48 hours. You can find the terms of use also here.

      Thank you for your reply. As you can read on http://es.wix.com/upgrade/website, voucher for FB and Google Adwords are also offered for monthly plan, "Obten USD 125$ en cupones". Please confirm this point.

      Please note that on the link you sent us it also states that vouchers are only provided for purchased Yearly Combo plans as opposed to Monhtly Combo plans. 

      In order to upgrade from a monthly payment to a yearly payment, please go to "My Account" -> scroll over the document you want to upgrade -> click on "upgrade".
      The system will charge you for the difference between the monthly payment and the yearly payment.

      Sorry for the disappointment.

      You might want to consider choosing a yearly plan in the future. It will save you money and you will get all the vouchers plus a free domain for a year!

      Please note that you have purchased the monthly Combo plan rather than the yearly and the vouchers are only provided if you purchase a yearly plan. 

       

      In order to upgrade from a monthly payment to a yearly payment, please go to "My Account" -> scroll over the document you want to upgrade -> click on "upgrade".
      The system will charge you for the difference between the monthly payment and the yearly payment.

      According to our records, you have purchased a eCommerce premium package on a monthly agreement.
      In order to be eligible for our Google AdWords / domain promotional coupons, a user needs to purchase a Combo/Unlimited/eCommerce package on a yearly agreement.
      You can find more information here.

      You can upgrade your current premium package to a yearly one via the following page.

      You can find the vouchers in "My Account" -> "Manage Premium" -> "Vouchers".

      Note: Your free domain voucher will appear as soon as you purchase an eligible package. Please note that your Facebook Ads and Google Adwords vouchers will only appear in the Vouchers tab after 48 hours.

      Hey,

       

      Thank you for contacting Wix support!

      Viewing your account I can see that your Facebook voucher is active. 

      When you create your ad on Facebook, you'll be taken through a series of steps. At the end, you'll be prompted to enter your billing info. Fill in all the fields then click on the link at the bottom that says "I have a coupon to redeem."

      Enter your personal voucher/coupon code that you can find in "My Account" -> "Manage Premium" -> "Vouchers" then click the 'Submit' button.

      You'll be alerted that your credit card has been added to the account. Click 'Okay', then 'Submit' again. That's it! You'll see a congratulations message once you're finished.
