In order to receive the vouchers, you will need to upgrade to one of the following Yearly plans: Combo, Unlimited or eCommerce. Please make sure that you have, indeed, purchased one of these plans.

To find your vouchers: Sign in to your Wix account > at the top right of the page, hover over the user panel > click Vouchers.

 

Note: The vouchers are a one-time gift that come with your first year of purchase.
 

Note: Your free domain voucher will appear as soon as you purchase a plan that includes this promotion. However your Facebook Ads and Google Adwords vouchers will only appear in the Vouchers section after 48 hours.

    I never get my vouchers and my plan is premium. Every time I try to get it the system tells me that I need to upgrade

      Note that you have upgraded over 4 years ago.

      The vouchers are a first your feature and have expired during the first year.

      There are no vouchers for renewal i'm afraid.

    Hi, I have not used any of my vouchers when I signed up for a year and now I only have a facebook voucher? Please help, i'd like to get them back so I can use. Thanks.

    Hi guys,

    I prepaid a year premium subscription in March this year, only have the Facebook voucher available. The domain and Google vouchers are not listed in the voucher section.

    I upgraded to the vip plan and only received the vip plan voucher and nothing else

      As stated at Our Promotions page and in the best answer above, vouchers are given only when purchasing Yearly Packages. You have acquired a Monthly based Vip Package.

      Please also note that you can upgrade your Monthly package to the Yearly one:

      In order to upgrade from a monthly payment to a yearly payment, please go to "My Account" -> scroll over the document you want to upgrade -> click on "upgrade".
      The system will charge you for the difference between the monthly payment and the yearly payment.

    hi ive purchased my yearly plan and ive used my facebook voucher already, so i should have two left. Now the vouchers tab only has a facebook one even though ive used the voucher before; but not the other two?

    I still havent received my facebook voucher. i was told that the issue was resolved and i will receive my voucher. That was a week ago. How much time i need to wait ? Thanks.

    i have been on the wix yearly package since 18 april 2013, i never received any vouchers last year or this year when the automatic renewal took place on 18 april 2014, when i go to the vouchers tab, it clearly states you don't have no vouchers yet, UPGRADE can you please assist me. thanks
