In order to receive the vouchers, you will need to upgrade to one of the following Yearly plans: Combo, Unlimited or eCommerce. Please make sure that you have, indeed, purchased one of these plans.

To find your vouchers: Sign in to your Wix account > at the top right of the page, hover over the user panel > click Vouchers.

 

Note: The vouchers are a one-time gift that come with your first year of purchase.
 

Note: Your free domain voucher will appear as soon as you purchase a plan that includes this promotion. However your Facebook Ads and Google Adwords vouchers will only appear in the Vouchers section after 48 hours.

    It's been at least a week since I upgraded and still have not received my vouchers.

      Hi,

      I can see you have a monthly plan. Vouchers are being given away for yearly subscriptions only.

      In order to change from monthly to yearly:

      Go to My Sites -> click on Upgrade next to the relevant site and upgrade to the yearly agreement of the same plan.

    made a mistake and purchase the 15.95 monthly plan when i really wanted the 10.95 monthly plan. how can i switch without canceling my wix page/domain?

      You will have to cancel your upgrade first. To do this go to Subscriptions > click Premium Plans -> click Manage next to your plan and click on Cancel payments. After cancelling your plan, simply upgrade to the other one by going to My Sites -> choose the relevant site -> click on Upgrade and select the new plan from the plan picker.

       

      Please note that your existing plan is only eligible for a full refund within the first 14 days of trial. If you would like to change your plan beyond those 14 days, our suggestion is to cancel your current plan and to wait until your current contract runs out before repurchasing a new plan.
       

      Note that if you connected your own domain to your Wix site, you will have to reconnect your domain in the Wix Domain Manager after canceling and repurchasing a plan. Click here for more information.

    I was under the impression if i sign up for the unlimited monthly plan i would also get vouchers but didn't receive anything. why is that?

    Hi there, I have been a member using the Combo Package since 2011 but I have only ever received 1 set of FB and Google Vouchers. I did not receive anything for 2012 or 2013... Please can you send these asap? My site is www.thesoulstress.com

      Thank you for contacting us regarding this matter. The vouchers are a one-time gift that come with your first year of purchase.Therefore, you will not receive such vouchers upon renewing your premium plan.

    I have a few different websites under one account and only one of them is an ecommerce package. I haven't gotten any vouchers for this website. Has it been overlooked because the other websites are not eligible?

      Note that you have upgraded your site to the eCommerce package over 2 years ago. The vouchers are a first year feature and have expired.

       

      However, as a courtesy, we have allocated new vouchers to your account. 

       

      Please go to 'My Account' --> 'Manage Premium' --> click the 'Vouchers' tab to view the vouchers.

       

      Be informed that the Google Adwards and Facebook voucher codes will be available to you within 48 hours. Please make sure to use them before the expiration date.

       

      The 1-Year free domain voucher is available for you immediately. In order to claim it, simply go to "My Account" -> "Manage Premium" -> "Vouchers" and click on the voucher link next to your package under "Free Domain".

    Can't find the promotional Code

    Where can I find the promotional code? I can only see voucher for facebook.

    I have received my voucher for Facebook but not for Google

    I have two accounts that I monitor on Wix, On one account I can see both my vouchers $25 for Facebook and $75 for Google Adwords, but on this account I cannot see the $75 for Google anymore.

    Hi I've upgraded two sites and for the first time today I see both the facebook vouchers, however there is only one google voucher? Can you plse reissue the other google voucher, as i havent used any voucher to date. I was expecting them to be emailed to me, but only just realised that they are here.

    Your help is much appreciated. Love your work at wix so much that 'm also expecting to upgrade another website in a few weeks:)

      Thanks for your kind words.

      I see that you have 2 Google vouchers - however, one of them expired on December 31, 2013. The second one is valid through December 31, 2014. Please make sure to make use of it before it expires.

      I dont see why one of them could have expired, especially when i'm still within my first year. How come my facebook one hasnt expired??

      Anyhow, I wasn't made aware of the expiry date of the voucher. Your registration process made it seem like i had the choice to use the vouchers when i wished before the first years package was up for renewal.

      Make this right & please reissue another google voucher.

      yes i require assistance in being allocated a new voucher. As i never received it.

      Have some sincerity and do the right thing. Instead of hiding behind small print. I'm not even asking for much. What would you do if you were in my situation??

      If i dont get this voucher, You can definitely expect me to not extend any of my upgrades or even proceed with the other 3 upgrades i was planning in the next few weeks.

    I have upgraded 4 websites with annual plans in dec 2013 and I didn´t receive my google vouchers ???

    So I didn´t use it and I didn´t receive it the 4 vouchers of 75$ from GOOGLE only the domains and the Facebook´s but not from Google could you send my vouchers to my account please thanks

      The Google voucher was not appearing under your Vouchers tab due to the fact that it had expired in late April 2014. We've allocated a new valid voucher for you.
