In order to receive the vouchers, you will need to upgrade to one of the following Yearly plans: Combo, Unlimited or eCommerce. Please make sure that you have, indeed, purchased one of these plans.

To find your vouchers: Sign in to your Wix account > at the top right of the page, hover over the user panel > click Vouchers.

 

Note: The vouchers are a one-time gift that come with your first year of purchase.
 

Note: Your free domain voucher will appear as soon as you purchase a plan that includes this promotion. However your Facebook Ads and Google Adwords vouchers will only appear in the Vouchers section after 48 hours.

      Hi,

      I can see under your account that you did receive 2 Adwords vouchers. Please note that they were valid for half a year each and have expired since.

    In March last year I purchased an annual e-commerce package and did not receive my Facebook or Google Adwords vouchers. I am now ready to use them. How do I gain access to them?

      Hey,

       

      I have issued new vouchers for you since these have expired. 

      You will find the vouchers simply by going to My Account > Manage Premium > Vouchers.

    Hello. I upgraded my account to premium and I didn't get the vouchers. It was written on the screen that I would. After the upgrade, I clicked in My account > Premium > Vouchers and It says that I have to do a new upgrade to annual account. Waiting for a response jeferson.hirt@gmail.com

      Hey jefersonhirt,

       

      Please note that the vouchers are only offered to yearly subscriptions while you have a monthly sibscription. 

      If you wish, you can still upgrade and still receive the coupons. 

       

      In order to upgrade from a monthly payment to a yearly payment, please go to "My Account" -> scroll over the document you want to upgrade -> click on "upgrade".
      The system will charge you for the difference between the monthly payment and the yearly payment.

    Hello, I upgraded my account to Premium, and activated my Vouchers.

    Then a week later, I upgraded to Ecommerce, but did not receive new voucher codes. I would like my Voucher Codes please and thank you

      Hey, 
       

      I am sorry to hear that you are experiencing difficulties. 
       

      Unfortunately, the vouchers are given for first time purchases only and not package upgrading. After upgrading your premium package, you will not receive new vouchers.

      Keep in mind that your vouchers have an expiration date. You can see when your vouchers will expire, just check out the "Valid Until" column in your 'Manage Premium' > 'Vouchers' section.

    I haven't recieved any vouchers, and all the voucher tab does is redirect me to upgrade my account to an account I already have!

    I never received the facebook voucher I looked in vouchers it is not there. I only received the facebook voucher?

    I didn't receive Facebook vouchair. I paid your Cyber Monday offer where you said that I receive $125 vouchairs. That is Adwords, Facebook and free domain for 1 year.

    I made two upgrades to premium on 30 Oct 2013 and 27 Nov 2013, but did not receive FB vouchers, only Google.

    Pls advise.

      In order to view promotional vouchers linked to your Premium package please follow the steps below:

      1. Sign into wix.com and go to My Account.
      2. From My Account, next to Manage Premium, click Vouchers.

      Here you will find your vouchers linked to the relevant package, including information on how to redeem your voucher. Your free domain voucher will appear as soon as you purchase an eligible package. Please note that your Facebook Ads and Google Adwords vouchers will only appear in the Vouchers tab after 48 hours.

      For further details on accessing your vouchers please click here.

      In order to redeem your vouchers you may need to open a new Google Adwords and/or Facebook account.
      Please be reminded that your promotional code for your facebook and AdWords vouchers must be applied within 14 days of the creation of your Facebook Ads and Google Adwords accounts.

      Only purchases of a Combo/Unlimited/Ecommerce package on a yearly agreement, will grant users eligibility for our promotion vouchers.
