In order to receive the vouchers, you will need to upgrade to one of the following Yearly plans: Combo, Unlimited or eCommerce. Please make sure that you have, indeed, purchased one of these plans.

To find your vouchers: Sign in to your Wix account > at the top right of the page, hover over the user panel > click Vouchers.

 

Note: The vouchers are a one-time gift that come with your first year of purchase.
 

Note: Your free domain voucher will appear as soon as you purchase a plan that includes this promotion. However your Facebook Ads and Google Adwords vouchers will only appear in the Vouchers section after 48 hours.

    Hello. I have had an account since 2010 and am on a yearly ecommerce plan, but unfortunately do not see any vouchers. Please can you help direct me as it is asking me to upgrade. Thank you in advance.

      Hi,

       

      Please know that none of our vouchers are valid for more than a year. In addition, please note that vouchers only apply when buying new plans and not when renewing them.

      Hi Casey,

      I can see that you have purchased our eCommerce Monthly plan.

      Please note that these vouchers are not included in the monthly plan.

      To upgrade from a monthly to a yearly plan: Sign in to your Wix account > from the My Sites page, next to the relevant site, click Upgrade > select the yearly plan.

       

      Note: If you upgrade from a monthly plan to a yearly plan, any remaining credit from your monthly plan will be deducted from the price of your yearly upgrade.

    I don't believe I received my vouchers either. I am signed up with an unlimited plan, but get a message that I have no vouchers

      I can see that you have an unlimited monthly premium plan. In order to receive the vouchers we offer, you need to sign up for a yearly plan.

    Hey I bought a package 3 months ago, at 1st my vouchers were there like 4 of them now when I come back to take advantage of the submit your company to search engines option and that voucher along with the others are gone.. only facebook is there.. Where do I find my vouchers being that they are not under the tab any more?

      I can see that you have a Facebook voucher. Please take a look now.

      To find the promotional code: Sign in to your Wix account > from the top menu, click Subscriptions > under Manage Premium, click Vouchers > under Facebook Advertising, on the right, you will find the Voucher code.

    Hi,

    I see that my Google Adwords voucher is not visible in my account. I assume this means it has expired. I purchased the upgrade only a couple of months ago. Is there any way you could please reallocate this voucher?

      Hi Evan,

       

      Your voucher is still valid (it will expire on the 31st of December 2014)

      Try to clean your cache (read here) and check if you are still unable to see the voucher.
