Thank you for your feedback. What is confusing is the way the information in the Premium packages selector are displayed. It should be clear and transparent, so users don't feel betrayed once they have paid for the service. My recommendation, to avoid miscommunication in the future, is to add a mouse over highlight box on the monthly plan row options, that describes exactly what the user is getting with each monthly plan...IE "Combo MONTHLY plan option does NOT include free domain name and vouchers. To obtain a free domain and vouchers, please pick the YEARLY Combo/Unlimited/eCommerce options instead."

There is a difference as mentioned in the best reply.
Our packages does not include domains, but if you purchase either Combo / Unlimited / eCommerce on a yearly package, you will receive the bonus vouchers.
Please let us know what page has confused you so we can learn and improve accordingly, as our premium package selector only states a free domain on our yearly packages.

My client bought a monthly combo package, which includes a free domain for one year. When she reached the option 2 screen, she was asked to pay for her domain name. She could not redeem her voucher promised on the Combo package. Why? Reading the comments above, it seems to me, there is a problem with the premium packages presentation. It is unclear if one get a free domain name when one buy a yearly versus a monthly premium Combo contract/package. It should not make any difference, but obviously there is an issue here. Please advise.

How can I get a refund? I am going to ask the credit card company for a refund. You should clearly tell clients that the one month option comes with lots of clauses which I wasn't aware of, prior to paying. I wanted to try it out before making a commitment for a year or two
I can easily get a website hosting for much less and equally as good. I am not impressed at all, considering the fact that I can't get someone to take care of my concerns right away

If you wish to subscribe to the monthly agreement, you will indeed need to purchase the domain name separately.
Once the Premium package is assigned to your site, you may connect the domain and email to it.

i want to open and upgrade and buy unlimited monthly for 14.90 $ . can i have Domain in this package or i should buy a domain and also mail for this ?
for ex , how i can have this package with this mail and domain?
