    I did not get a voucher (two weeks) and then I have the inscription here in the "vouchers": Please contact customer support to claim Your gift vouchers

      Your domain isn't connected properly to Wix's name servers.

      When connecting a domain to your Wix site with our nameservers, the domain stays at your hosting company and connects to the Wix servers NS1.WIX.COM and NS2.WIX.COM.

      This method transfers control of your domain records to Wix. These records can be controlled via Domain Manager of your Wix account by you!

      This will also allow your mobile site to be automatically associated with your domain!

      To connect your domain to our name servers:

      Send your domain hosting company the following message:
      I have built a site on Wix.com. Please connect my domain to their name servers- NS1.WIX.COM (IP address 216.139.213.90) and NS2.WIX.COM (IP address 207.36.47.9).

      After sending your message, please allow up to 72 hours for changes to get updated (propagate).

    I originally was given vouchers for signing up for wix and doing a premium site before this new one year program started, but I didn't know how to use it and didn't use now I don't see my vouchers there and I want to use them....I want my vouchers back without having to pay yearly for something I've already paid monthly for for about 8 years or more...Give me my long standing customer vouchers too!!

      I can see a monthly premium Combo package under your account. Please note that vouchers are only provided for yearly packages. If you are referring to a different account, please provide us with the username/email for that account.

    I would like to purchase a package to get a free domain and no wix ads.  I may only include a brief intro video, but I don't have anything else that would require much space.

    I have not yet purchased a domain, and I have not submitted by domain name yet.  WHen I purchase the package, I don't see an option to request a domain name.

    Please let me know how I can access my domain. Thanks.

      The premium package for you then is the yearly combo, the yearly unlimited or the yearly eCommerce (only if you need to use the online store feature). When you get these premium package a voucher for a free domain for 1 year is provided.

    As far as we could see, the upgrade to the MONTHLY Premium included the free one-year, then after the fact it says in the redeem voucher link sent in intro email you have to upgrade to one-year.

    I paid $24.85 for the domain and $149 for the premium for a year.  Why was I charged for the domain if it's free and included in the 1-year premium package?  If I renew next year, how much am I going to pay as a renewal fee?

      Hey,

       

      I see that you first purchased the domain and only several days after that purchased the premium package.

      This means that the free domain offer did not apply for the domain. You can use the voucher to purchase a second domain but it can not be applied for a domain that already exists.

       

      As for the renew prices, they are the same as the same prices as buying a new package.

      Please note that the one-year-free voucher is only valid on the initial purchase, the vouchers are not available when the packages renews.

       

      Also, I can see that you have cancelled the Unlimited package today. Do you not wish to continue with your Premium  subscription?

      To cancel your premium upgrade please follow the directions here.
       
      -Each purchase is guaranteed a full refund only within the first 14 days of trial. 
      If you cancel your upgrade after our 14-day 100% money-back period, your Wix site will continue to receive premium status until the date when your current yearly/monthly payment ends. You will not be charged for the next payment period.

    I did by the yearly unlimited package and it still won't give me my domain to me. Please look at this for it is very frustrating.

      I have just checked your account and see that the free domains voucher is in your account. You must go to your account and then click on the domains tab to claim your 1-year free domain.
