To access your vouchers: Sign in to your Wix account > at the top right of the page, hover over the user panel > click Vouchers.

    PUrchased domain from WiX then upgraded to Premium

    Hi

    I purchased a domain name from WiX then upgraded my account to premium - where I have a voucher for a free domain name for a year.  How can I redeem that voucher against an invoice I have already paid

      Hi Moezprod,

      For technical reasons, we cannot provide you with the vouchers until you connect a domain to your Wix site.

      You can purchase your domain directly from Wix! When purchasing a domain from Wix, your new Wix domain will be automatically connected to the Wix servers. Connecting a domain to your Wix site has never been easier!

       

      To connect a domain, purchased from Wix, to your site: Sign in to your Wix account > from the top menu, hover over Subscriptions > click Domains.

      Next to the relevant domain, click Manage > under Domain Connects To:, click Change > select a site > click Save.

       

      Note: Connecting your own domain to your Wix site (whether purchased from Wix or another domain host) is a premium feature and therefore you will need to upgrade to a premium plan before doing so.

    I have gone premium. I have 8 hours left to wait for my vouchers. Can the vouchers be used on google.co.uk ad words and Facebook uk even though it is in dollars?

    Free marketing that came with premium account

    I recall around $275 worth of free ad/marketing with the purchase of my premium account, but I do not see anything about them on my dashboard or within my account page. How do I find out what they are and how I can take advantage of them?

    Hello,  My thread seems to have been deleted, so I am typing it again.  My vouchers tab states that I need to contact customer service for my Facebook and Twitter codes.  It has 48 hours since I enrolled unlimited with Wix, & since I purchased my domain name.  The domain has not linked yet, but that did stop me from already getting (and using) my bing and google vouchers.  

    Can you please let me know how to receive my voucher for Facebook and Twitter so that I can apply these to my account before the cutoff time period?  They only allow you to enter the code for the first 14 days of running ads.

      Hi Sierra,

       

      For technical reasons, we cannot provide you with the vouchers until you connect a domain to your Wix site.

       

      I see your domain is pending registry approval (you can see the status of your domain transfer under Manage Premium > Domains) 

       

      Note that during this process a few important emails will be sent to the email address that you had indicated when signing up with your old registrar. 

       

      It may take up to 24 hours for Wix to verify your domain transfer.

       

      After Wix verifies your transfer, you will get an email from your current registrar approving your transfer request. Your domain status will then change to Pending Registry Approval

       

      Verify that the email address for the domain admin/registrant is your own email address, as we will send a confirmation email to that address once the transfer is initiated. This email will expire after 5 days, so we recommend that you confirm the domain transfer as soon as possible.You can check your domain admin/registrant e-mail address(es) via the WHOIS database here.

       

      You'll receive an email from support@wix.com, asking you to confirm your transfer request. The subject of the email is "DOMAIN NAME TRANSFER - Initial Authorization for Registrar". You must open this email (check your spam folder) and click Confirm within 5 days after the transfer request. If you do not confirm the email, the transfer process cannot be completed.

       

      It may take up to seven days for the Registry to approve your transfer.

    theres no codes it just says contac support to redeem! its been 48 hours only bing redeem code shows up how do I get codes to redeem?

      I am able to see your vouchers on my end. In case you cannot, please make sure that 48 hours have passed since you purchased your domain, not since you purchased the package.

      why wouldn't the information that vouchers are only displayed for 48 hours be given b4 purchase of a year domain. are you actuallly trying to give the incentive or just trick people into buying.

      Due to our anti-fraud system, the Facebook Ads and Google Adwords vouchers codes automatically appear in the Vouchers tab after 48 hours as stated in the best reply above.

       

      I can see that your vouchers are currently available to you. You can find the vouchers under My Sites > click the user panel on the top right of the page > click Vouchers.

    I couldn't claim either of my vouchers followed instructions but couldn't use the code, this was the only reason I signed up for a year, can someone help please. I have now done adwords and facebook adverts as needed them straight away.

      Please note that while your Facebook Ads and Google Adwords vouchers are valid until December 31st, 2014 on our end, you need to insert the voucher codes in your accounts on their first 14 days, and redeem the full sum of the vouchers in the following 31 days.
