    i want to ask you about transferring money from Package to another one i have,couse i want to cancel the first web sit i have  can you help me with that pls.thanks for you

      Hi,

       

      You can transfer your premium plan from one site to another located within the same account.

      The Premium features, including your domain, will be removed immediately from the original site and transferred to the new site.

    HELP... lol I bought a package and didn't relize it didn't have the Ecommerce option and  I need to just add it. How can I do that with out paying full price ?!?!

    Can someone from Wix confirm for me, If I change my unlimited monthly plan to unlimited yearly plan, it will cost $145 per year for unlimited including Domain?

      Please note you can find full pricing information here.

      If you upgrade from monthly to yearly, you will only be charged for the difference.

      Simply go to My Account -> scroll over the document you want to upgrade -> click on "upgrade".

      As for the domain, you will receive a voucher for a free domain for one year.

    hey everyone

     Im don't understand...have only one plan with shopping cart to buy and free account can have store with shopping cart...??

    Im what Unlimited plan because have unlimited large-band but...dont have shopping cart...dont have one plan have shopping cart and great Large-band?? Thanks

      Please note that the online shop is a Premium eCommerce package feature. You can try it out for free in the Wix Editor, but to start selling you'll need to upgrade to the Wix eCommerce package.

    Hi, I've been purchasing the domain and connect domain most basic package . And I want upgrade to Combo package with free domain for a year. can I have a discount since I already purchased the previous packages and domain ? Or I need to cancel payment to refund and buy a new packages ?

      Hey Abing

       To upgrade your Wix site to a different package, simply go to "My Account" > Click on the site you have already upgraded and upgrade it to the package of your choice.
      Note: You will receive a partial fee depending on the cost and type of your new package.

      Unfortunately Wix domain purchases are non-refundable once registered.

       
      Wix domain purchases are separate from Premium package purchases and do not have a 14-day free trial policy.

      A voucher for a free domain comes only with a yearly subscription (not the Connect Domain plan though), it does not come with monthly plans.

    If i purchased the unlimited yearly plan for $145 this does mean that I will only be paying this amount yearly, correct?

      Hi oasasanimalshelter,

      Correct, if you sign for a yearly agreement, the contract length is one year and you are automatically billed on a yearly basis. If you want to cancel after the first year, simply go to "My Account" -> "Manage Premium".

    Hey,

    I am currently using the free Wix to create my site, but I am planning to purchase an upgrade, but I have a question:

    1) My main concern is that the work would not be backed up, and several times the pages did not save well and I lost some of the work. If I purchase a package, would that back up my work?

      Hi,

      Unfortunately, this feature is not part of the premium package service.

      If your changes were not saved properly or in case of editor crash, the last changes will disappear.

      In this case you can do the following:

      1. Save your site often when editing your site, please do not wait until you will done updating the site .

      2. You can create a copy of your site by going to My Account, clicking Manage & Edit Site and then clicking Duplicate Site. For more information, click  here.

      Please note that in the account you are writing to us from, there are no active premium packages. Please check in other accounts if you have any. 

       

      A Premium upgrade is only valid for one site. If you wish to have two websites with different domain names you will need to upgrade two different sites.
