If you cancel your premium plan, your site will return to the free version which includes the Wix ads and the free Wix URL (username.wix.com/sitename).

 

We never remove or delete sites. You will still have full control over editing your site!

      Hey,

       

      The premium upgrade was cancelled, and no further charges will be attempted. Please purchase a new premium upgrade to reactivate the account.

    Hi

    I did not sign up for the auto-renewal and my credit card was charged $149!!! How can I get this refunded and go to the basic service ASAP!! Thanks!!!

      Hey billymontross, 

       

      Wix send notification e-mails to the users two weeks before expiration of the yearly package in order for them to decide if they want to continue the use of the premium or to cancel it. 

      If they cancel on time they are not charged. 
       
      I understand that somehow you missed this e-mail.
       
      To cancel your Wix upgrade, please follow the directions here.
      When you have cancelled, please contact us and we can issue the refund.
       
      We never remove/destroy websites. If you go back to free from premium you’ll simply have your original Web address and Wix ads but you will still have full control of your site.

    Hello i upgraded my web page and then cancelled the auto-purchase thing. I thought this would leave me a month of premium, but i still have the non-premium account.. Whats going on ? here is the bill as if it were already paid by me: Número de factura: 100210094 - Cerrada

      Hi!

       

      According to our refund policy, if you cancel your Premium within the first 14 days of the subscription, you'll be immediately refunded. If you'd like to have your Premium for one month only, please repurchase the monthly package and be sure to cancel the next renewal after the first 14 days so it doesn't get cancelled automatically.

    Hi, 
    I upgraded to premium last night, but was really unhappy that there was no .com.au option for my website. I'm based in Australia and after thinking about it overnight, i really want to have a .com.au option. I have already upgraded to premium and paid for 12 months email hosting. Can I get this all refunded as part of the 14 day refund option?

      Just to confirm, I want to keep using Wix and have the premium package, I just want to cancel the email option and bring over a .com.au domain name...

      Please note: After cancelling an email account subscription, your email account will remain active until the next renewal date. After the renewal date, all mailboxes related to the email account will be cancelled and all data in the email account will be deleted with no option for retrieval or restoration of the data.

      That's fine, I don't want to use it at all as I am unhappy that I was unable to obtain a .com.au address... My question is, am I able to get a full refund on the email package, which i purchased for 12 months

      Unfortunately, email purchases are non-refundable.

      I apologize for the inconvenience. 

      Perhaps you can connect your site to both the .com and .com.au domains, this way you can keep your existing email account.

    Hello,

    My account got a "WIX PREMIUM UNLIMITED PLAN RENEWAL" that I just notice when it got into my creditcard bill. How can i cancel everything? I dont use and don't need the service anymore.

      Hi thebrazilians

      I can see that you've already canceled your Unlimited Yearly Upgrade Plan.

      Unfortunately, once you have purchased a domain, you will not be able to edit, cancel or delete it.

       

      However, you can change the auto-renewal settings so that you will not be charged after the subscription expires. Please follow the directions below to end the automatic renewal process. 

       

      1. From Manage Premium, click the Billing & Payment tab.
      2. Under Domain Subscriptions, next to your domain, click Manage.
      3. Next to Next payment, click Cancel.
      4. Click the radio dial next to No, I will renew the domain manually.
      5. Click Save.

    If I upgrade and pay the yearly premium and decide to cancel how much refund will I receive?

      Please note that if you cancel your yearly package in the first 14 days you will get a full refund! However, after the first 14 days have passed its not possible to get a refund.

    ARE YOU TELLING ME THAT I WAS CHARGED FULL AMOUNT 80 SOMETHING DOLLARS AND I CANCELLED AND NOW I CANT GET MY MONEY BACK?! YOU SAY THE FUNDS HAD NOT SETTLED SO IT JUST DROPPED OFF?? WELL I HAVE MY BANK STATEMENTS THAT SAY THE AMOUNT WAS PAID FOR THE PREMIUM PACKAGE AND I HAVE MY BANK STATEMENTS THAT STILL SHOW NO REFUND WAS GIVEN BACK TO ME!!! FALSE ADVERTISING!!!!!!!!     Hi Wix Team!

    I'm planning to upgrade to the either the unlimited or the combo package. If I take the combo then later on decided for the unlimited ( yearly plans) how will I be charged? If I go the other way and take the unlimited then decided to use the combo, will I get a refund?

      Hi,

      You can upgrade your Premium site to a higher-priced package at anytime. You will only be charged for the difference.

      Unfortunately it is impossible to downgrade your Premium site from one package to a lower-priced package. To downgrade, please follow the instructions below to first cancel your existing package and then repurchase a new package.

      Hey!

       

      I can see that you now have a Combo package. To be able to use your own online store you will need to re-upgrade to the eCommerce package. 

       

      If you upgrade from Combo to Unlimited, the system will charge you for the difference between the monthly payment and the yearly payment.
