If you cancel your premium plan, your site will return to the free version which includes the Wix ads and the free Wix URL (username.wix.com/sitename).


We never remove or delete sites. You will still have full control over editing your site!

    Hello. I can't submit my purchase for upgrade. It just keep loading after I click my submit purchase.

      Please clear your browser's cache. You can find step by step instructions here.


      Should the issue persist, please test it on other updated browsers in order to compare the results.

    I wish to cancel my premium package, effective today which is within the 14 days cooling off period and ask for a full refund. The 1-800-6000-949 number your office gave does not work here, I have no missed calls for the first telephone tech support appointment. My site is not visible on Google and it has been too difficult to speak to someone for support, the instructions for applying for a refund are confusing and I ask that your office organize a full refund effective today.

      I can see from our records that you published your Wix website on March 16th 2014.

      Please be aware that it can take from 1 to 3 months for Google to update its database and for your site to be indexed. Finding your site using your relevant keywords may take even more time.


      One way to speed up this process is to submit your website directly to search engines.

      You can submit your website directly to Google here.
      You can submit your website directly to Bing here.

      Wix guarantees that all of the text and meta tags on your site are being scanned by search engines, however we cannot guarantee that Google will choose to assign your website a high rank, this part is up to you.


      Make sure that your websites content has been optimized in accordance with the advice offered in our SEO Learning Center. We also recommend that you use the SEO Wizard & Monitoring tool for a more in depth analysis of your site’s SEO.

      If you would still like to cancel your premium plan, 

      In order to cancel your premium plan, please-

      1. Sign into Wix.com.
      2. Click My Account.
      3. From My Account, next to Manage Premium, click Billing and Payment.
      4. Next to your package, click Manage.
      5. Next to Next payment, click Cancel.
      6. Follow the steps in the pop-ups that open.

      Your Premium plan is cancelled.


      You will receive a confirmation email and your upgraded premium site will appear as "canceled" on your Manage Premium page.


      Please note that canceling your premium plan by deleting the site attached to your premium plan will not suffice. You must enter "Manage Premium", and cancel the premium plan.

      - If you cancel your plan after our 14-day 100% money-back period, your Wix site will continue to receive premium status until the date when your current yearly/monthly payment ends. You will not be charged for the next payment period.
      (Please note that this policy includes premium plan purchases only - it does not include Wix domains which are a non-refundable purchase. If you have purchased both a Premium plan and a Wix domain, you will receive a full refund for the plan only.)

      - If you do cancel within the 14-day trial period, you will receive a refund within 20 business days (this is your case).

      We never remove/destroy websites. If you go back to free from premium you’ll simply have your original Web address and Wix ads but you will still have full control of your site.

    Im currently using wix for free but want to upgrade to premium, 

    I would like to buy the premium for 1 month and then if I like it and my website is doing well upgrade to yearly subscription. Will i still get free vouchers if I upgrade to yearly after one month of monthly subscription?

      You can purchase the monthly plan and if you like it, to convert it to a yearly one and use our yearly plans vouchers.

    Why is the bandwidth less for E-Commerce Package than the Unlimited package?  I made a mistake in upgrading thinking that I needed E-Commerce Package to use the Paypal feature on my site.  I purchased it yesterday and will probably downgrade but was curious as to why the bandwidth is less for a premium package.

      Thank you for your questions. Thus far, we have found that our 10GB bandwidth for the eCommerce plan has worked perfectly for those users and has not created any limitations. If any of our users come close to reaching their bandwidth limit, we send them an email informing them of the upcoming limitation.

      The price increase from the Unlimited to the eCommerce plan stems from the Online Store and Commerce features available using that plan, such as:

      *Allowing your customers to purchase multiple products.
      *Allowing you to keep an up to date inventory.
      *Adding discount coupon codes for your customers to enjoy.
      *Offering different product options, like size, color, drop down menu and a message box.
      *Setting shipping rules and cost which will determine the amount the customer pays upon the purchase of your products, even if you ship worldwide.

    The WIX´s support service must be done 24 hours per day. It´s not possible that we must be waiting four days to have a meeting with you by phone. It is ridiculous!

      If you want to cancel your Premium account, please use the "Manage Premium" via "My Account".

      You can cancel your upgrade at any time within the first 14 days and receive a full refund. Please be informed that it may take up to 20 business days for your refund to appear on your credit card statement. After the 14 days, you will not receive a refund.

    I cancelled my premium Packages I dont want continue again. Still my own domain is showing Wix page .

      To disconnect your domain from your Wix site, please ask your hosting company not to point your domain to the Wix IP address or disconnect it from the Wix Name Servers (NS1.WIX.COM and NS2.WIX.COM).

     If I make a website with Wix, I pay for an account to link it to my godaddy URL and then I stop paying that premium, what will happen?

    will I be able to make changes in the website?

    will i have adds on the website?

    will I be able to keep the bought URL?

    How can I downgrade my account package from Unlimited to Combo?  I've already been charged $149 for my renewal.  Is there a way to change this?

      You will have to cancel your upgrade first. To do this go to "My Account" > click "Packages" next to "Manage Premium" -> click "Manage" next to your package and click on "Cancel". After cancelling your package, simply upgrade to a different package by going to "My Account" -> choose the relevant site -> click on "Upgrade your site" and select the new package from the package picker.

      Please note that your existing package is only eligible for a full refund within the first 14 days of trial. If you would like to change your package beyond those 14 days, our suggestion is to cancel your current plan and to wait until your current contract runs out before repurchasing a new plan.

      Note that if you connected your own domain to your Wix site, you will have to reconnect your domain in the Wix Domain Manager after canceling and repurchasing a package. Click here for more information.
