Your premium plan is renewed automatically.

If you signed up for a monthly plan, the contract length is one month and you are automatically billed on a monthly basis.

If you signed up for a yearly plan, you will be charged the full amount, on a yearly basis. Before the year is over, you will receive an Email reminder. As long as you do not cancel the plan, it will be renewed automatically for another year.

For more information about billing click here.

Note: Your domain subscription, if applicable, is a separate subscription to your premium plan and will need to be renewed separately.

    Hi ladieschoicefitness,

Please note: Currently, there are two billing plans for you to choose from:

    1. Monthly Billing: Choosing monthly billing means that you will be charged on a monthly basis, within three days of the date of your original purchase.

    2. Yearly Billing: Choosing yearly billing means that you will be charged on a yearly basis.

You will be charged automatically for your package, on a monthly or a yearly basis, until you cancel.

As you are billed automatically it is not possible to use a coupon code for renewal.

This coupons are for the first year upgrade only.

    Dina,

    Wix Team.

    Hi Leo,

Wix never remove/destroy websites. If you purchase a premium, the format of your document/site will stay the same, you'll just have extra premium features.

    Hi Ms. Alona,

Thank you so much. I will do that.

Another thing, I would like to ask if I can totally recover the same format, website template and the pictures that I uploaded in that domain.

    Thanks again

You need to purchase the package and just connect the domain almodaleo.com again.
