Your premium plan is renewed automatically.

 

If you signed up for a monthly plan, the contract length is one month and you are automatically billed on a monthly basis.

 

If you signed up for a yearly plan, you will be charged the full amount, on a yearly basis. Before the year is over, you will receive an Email reminder. As long as you do not cancel the plan, it will be renewed automatically for another year.

Note: Your domain subscription, if applicable, is a separate subscription to your premium plan and will need to be renewed separately.

    Hi I renewed my wix subscription today for www.pollensagolf.com but the website is not coming up, i have waited several hours but its still asking me to renew my subscription. Every time I type www.pollensagolf.com it comes up with this -http://www.wix.com/lphtml/parking?redirectedFor=pollensagolf.com/

      Hello,

       

      Please note that your domain pollensagolf.com is expired. In order to renew the domain, please access My Account > Billing & Payment > Domain Subscriptions > Manage > Payment method > Update Payment Method.

       

      I recommend you to take this action as soon as possible, to avoid your domain gets canceled and enters "redemption period".

      So have i paid for the wrong thing today when i bought the unlimited package? if so can i refund that and pay for the renewal of pollensagolf.com instead?

      Hello,

       

      In order to connect a domain you need to have your site upgraded, you need both the domain and an upgraded site.

      Hi,

      We can refund the premium package, but please keep in mind: If you cancel the package you will not be able to connect your domain to your Wix site.

      Connecting a domain is a premium feature.

    How do I renew my package subscription? Does it auto-renew?

    I do not want the domain subscription of wix, since this was an extra one.

      If you chose the Yearly agreement, you will be charged one time for the entire amount. Before the year is over, you will receive an Email reminder. If the package won't be cancelled, it will be renewed automatically for another year.

    Hi.

    The website I manage ( www.lukestakeaway.com ) is showing as having the domain cancelled. Can you clarify as to why this is? I contacted the site owner & he advised a payment was made within the last few weeks not October 12 2012 as advised on the website.

     

    Can you please confirm what happened & what can be done to bring the sight back online immediately? Can't even find an option to renew the subscription.

      Thank you for contacting Wix support.

      Please note that your domain subscription is separate from your premium plan.

      I noticed that your domain was purchased through name.com and it is connected to Wix using Nameservers.

      The reason your site is down at the moment is because there was a payment problem with your Premium subscription and therefore it is no longer active.

      Please purchase a new premium plan and connect it to your Wix site and domain in order to re-activate your site.

      If you're referring to the one year free domain voucher - please note that this domain only applies to new domains, thus it cannot be applied on existing domains.

       

      This means you cannot use the voucher for domain renewal. However,  you are welcome to use it for the purchase of separate domain name.

    You have a monthly package (which renews monthly) and a yearly package which was canceled due to payment issues on September 25th.

    Hi ladieschoicefitness,

    Please note: Currently, there are two billing plans for you to choose from:


    1. Monthly Billing: Choosing monthly billing means that you will be charged on a monthly basis, within three days of the date of your original purchase.

    2. Yearly Billing: Choosing yearly billing means that you will be charged on a yearly basis.

    You will be charged automatically for your package, on a monthly or a yearly basis, until you cancel.

     

    As you are billed automatically it is not possible to use a coupon code for renewal.

    This coupons are for the first year upgrade only.
