You can re-subscribe your premium plan only if you cancelled after the first 14 days and only when the subscription is not over (if the renewal date has not reached yet)
 

Simply go to My Sites -> click the user panel on the top right of the page > click Billing & PaymentsManage -> Click on Undo Cancel.

    Hi, 

    My package got cancelled, but I don't know how, since I didn't cancel it. I supposed that my site wasn't running because I missed my payment, but then I saw it was cancelled. How can I get it back?

      Hi Stojana,

       

      I can see that your premium plan has been cancelled due to payment issues. In order to reinstate your premium features you just need to upgrade your site again.
       
      To upgrade your site, please go to My Sites > click Upgrade next to the site that you want to upgrade.
       
      You can find detailed information about our premium plans here.
       
      Please note that we never remove/destroy websites.  If you go back from premium to free you’ll simply have your original Web address and Wix ads but you will still have full control of your site.

      Which package exactly did you cancel?

      I am a bit vague on this as I did not create the site. A friend did.  I had the package without ads and enough storage to have all the pages I have on my existing site with free domain hosting, Google analytics etc.

      I know it will cost around £111 in September to have it again.

      If an upgrade autorenewal is cancelled within the first two weeks, the upgrade will cancel and refund. Unfortunately it is not possible to restore cancelled upgrades. Please purchase a new upgrade instead.

    hi I missed my subscription period and my site was taken down i tried to upgrade to a montly payment instead of yearly but after i clicked upgrade it tells me that 'montly payment can't be apply'..why? can you please help? thanks

    Hi, I tried to ensure that i only paid for a year's hosting by cancelling the renewal payment date but now i appear to have cancelled my premium all together. 

    I made the upgrade to premium today, will i still be charged? Or has the cancelation stopped the payment going through?

    I'm assuming i'll need to upgrade again as this is before the first 14 days?

      Hey,

       

      Sorry for me misunderstanding, have you cancelled the "first" premium package within 14 days from it's purchase?

       

      If you have the money will be refunded within 20 business days to your bank account.

      If this is your case please just purchase a new package and cancel it only after 14 days.

       

      If you've cancelled it after the 14 days period then it will cancel the next payment and the package will stay available until the expiry date.

      If this is your case please let us know and we will help you resolve it.

      At this point, you'll need to simply repurchase the package as the Premium is already cancelled.

       

      If you wish to cancel next year's renewal, be sure to do it after the first 14 days of the subscription, to avoid immediate cancellation.

    i wanted to upgarade my account yearly , but I picked monthly package by mistake.

    now I have to pay double ,, What should o do ?

      In order to upgrade from a monthly payment to a yearly payment, please go to "My Account" -> scroll over the document you want to upgrade -> click on "upgrade".
      The system will charge you for the difference between the monthly payment and the yearly payment.

      I can see that your premium package has been cancelled due to payment issues. In order to resolve this matter, you will simply need to repurchase your desired premium package.

      In order to upgrade your document , please go to "My Account" -> roll over the document you want to upgrade -> click on "upgrade".

    I accidentally cancelled my premium after ordering this morning, I only wanted to stopm the re-curring payment and due to your site not offering that, I figured that cancelling the next payment would solve the issue, instead, it simply deleted my package so now I've paid for nothing.

    Do you mind undo'ing this for me? Please?

      Nevermind - I received an email saying I'd be getting a refund.
      So I just re-purchased the month :)

      I see you were able to purchase a new premium.

      If you would like to cancel the auto-renewal, make sure you wait until after the 14 day trial has ended to prevent the cancellation/refund.
