To upgrade your site: Sign in to your Wix account > click My Sites > next to the relevant site, click Upgrade.

You can find more information about how to upgrade and managing your premium account here, or watch the video tutorial below:

Note: Upgrading your site entitles you to connect your domain, among other premium benefits, which differ from plan to plan.

Upgrading a site does not include upgrading Apps from the Wix App Market. Each App was developed by a different third party company and has its own terms of use.

Wix gives you the opportunity to add Apps to your site, both free and premium. You can choose to use the free version, or to use the additional features included in the upgraded version.

The Apps available in the Wix App Market have many different features, and not all of them require an upgrade. For more information about the Wix App Market, please click here.

I built a website using Wix free template, but now I want to upgrade, and want to use a different website template. Is there a limit of templates (websites) I am allowed to use?

Can I upgrade prior to publishing my website?  If yes, will the wix branding and ads be removed from all the preview pages if I upgrade to that package?

Please note that the eCommerce package is currently only available for Flash website.

If you wish to maintain the current Social package you now have, you can simply purchase an additional package.

If you wish to replace the current package with a new one, you'll need to cancel the Social package first. Please bear in mind that not all features offered in the Social package are available in the eCommerce one.

If you choose to cancel your Social plan, please follow the directions here.

You'll find all the details regarding the different Premium packages and what services they offer here.

Should you require any further assistance, please don't hesitate to contact us!

    Hi jficarola

I don't seem to understand what happened exactly.

I've checked your account and I can see that you have used your Free domain voucher for your domain name.

Could you please explain what were the exact steps  you took?

The free domain is really free.

Are you sure you've correctly followed the instructions for claiming the voucher?

    Thanks

Hi I’m looking to upgrade my current account to an e-commerce site. I’m having a hard time. What do I need to do since I already paid for a premium account.

No need to respond here but I would like to second Rhon97's comments regarding the deceptive "free" domain name which I had to purchase for $33. Checking my manage premium, the voucher for the "free" domain name was already applied and yet I still had to pay 33 dollars.  Maybe Wix should not be throwing the term "free" so recklessly.

    @Country Girl,

Note that it isn't possible to transfer a FB ads free package to another site.

Since you are in the 14 day trial period, what I recommend is that you cancel your premium package and simply purchase a new premium to the site you want.

Ok I'm having a problem. I purchased a FB ad free page earlier set it up and found out I couldn't use it as a main page because of the timeline set up they have. Rather then cancel I wanted to transfer the money towards the payment of a regular website. I hit the transfer button and it said my new site was upgraded to premium but it will not let me connect the graphicsbyjen.net domain name I already have. I am not sure why. I need some help
