Wix accepts debit and pre-paid cards for payment, however the cards must be authorized for both recurring payments, and online purchases. Authorization must be granted by the issuing body which is either the credit card company (such as Visa, MasterCard and many more) or the bank if one is involved.

 

If you attempted to pay with a debit or prepaid card and received a rejection of payment, with no clear reason, please contact the issuer of the card and explain you wish to buy an online premium plan.

    I want to upgrade my package so that I can add my own domain name but Nothing happens when I enter my debit card details - no error message or aything, just nothing. I have filled in all compulsary fields etc, triple checked all numbers etc but it seems that the form doesnt even submit. Please advise, thank you.

    Unfortunately, at the moment we can only accept credit cards or debit cards.

    Would you please accept PayPal? I'd really love to use PayPal, since I dont have a Credit Card only a Bank Account.

    You may choose the billing plan that best suites you!

    If you sign for a yearly agreement, the contract length is one year and you are automatically billed on a yearly basis. You will also get an Email reminder about it.

     

    Simply go to "My Account" -> Roll over the document you want to upgrade -> click "Upgrade" ->  choose the yearly agreement for your wanted package.

     

    You can also get a free domain coupon from us if you buy one of the yearly packages (Combo/Unlimited/eCommerce).

    When upgrading, am I purchasing annual packages or monthly ones?  A little confused as how to read the signage for it.
