You can upgrade an existing plan at any time!

 

To upgrade an existing plan: Sign in to your Wix account > from the My Sites page, next to the relevant site, click Upgrade.


Note: Any remaining credit from your old plan will be deducted from the price of your new upgrade.

    upgrade from unlimited to e-commerce package

    i purchase unlimited package, 
    now i want to upgrade to e-commerce .

    Why can't I find prices for anything?

    I keep hunting for what it would cost me to get an eCommerce upgrade and can't find that information.  I already have a "Premium" account,... is there an extra fee for adding an Online Store or is that one of the benefits of having a Premium account?  Is one the same as the other,... in other words, would I be swapping my Premium account for an eCommerce account?

    Where am I missing the explanations for these packages?

      Currently you are signed up for the Combo plan. You are welcome to upgrade this premium plan to the eCommerce plan as explained in the Best Reply above. You will only be required to pay the difference in price.

    having troubles changing my account back from monthly to yearly?

    I recently changed my account to monthly and want to change it back, but I can not do this on my account. 

    It is really important I get this done ASAP as I am getting charged more per month. Please can someone from six contact me about this issue.

      Hey!

      To upgrade your Wix site to a different package, go to "My Account" > Click on the site you have already upgraded and upgrade it to the package of your choice.


      -May we ask your to provide us with a detailed outline of the steps you have taken to switch to a yearly premium plan until this point, so we may replicate the process from our end in finding a solution.

      *Please include screen shots, if possible.

      As to the screen shot I have attached, the package that I was on was the yearly $8.25 but I am now unable to choses this option.

      I could not find an issue on our end which might prevent you from purchasing a Yearly Combo subscription. Please let us know what happens when you try selecting the package so we may investigate further. Please also try using a different browser and let us know if the problem persists.

      thank you for getting back to me, I looks like I can choses this package to upgrade, I have cancelled my monthly package to see if I can then change it but looks like I will have to wait till the end of the month. 

      I have tried this in using different browsers and all the same. 
      Can you please change my account to "combo for personal use - 5.16/ moth"  

      I am now getting a different error message this morning, >

      Hello,

       

      You can choose a different site to upgrade, and then transfer it to requested site.

       

      You can also go to Manage Premium -> Packages -> click Unassign next to charlotte-ajoodan and then purchase the upgrade for the site.

      I have paid for this month, so buying another paid would just mean Im paying more, I do not understand why WIX customer support is so bad! 

      I need to do something that is very simple!

      Hi,

       

      We apologize for the inconvenience and misunderstanding.

       

      The reason you can't upgrade the site now is that it is already connected to a premium plan that will only be canceled by the end of this month.

       

      So I would advise, waiting until the end of this month and then purchasing the yearly plan. I would highly recommend to do this 1-2 days before the expiration, in the method Leah described earlier in order to prevent downtime of your site.

    I have now a combo package with a a monthly payment. And I want to upgrade to e-comerce

     

    If I upgrade now my combo package can I still pay montly? or would I be billed for the wole year for the ecomerce?

    It is urgent to know this please

      Hi Hitesh,

      A Combo yearly plan is costing 99$ per year and a eCommerece yearly plan cost 194$ per year.

      The difference is 95$ extra per year for moving from Combo to eCommerce.

      Yes you can, review the packages and choose the right one for you. (info on packages below) then follow the instruction in the best reply above to upgrade.

      You can review all the upgrade plans here or below.
       

      When you are ready, go to "My Account" and click "Upgrade" next to the site of your choice.

      There are four Upgrade options for regular Wix pages:

      Connect Domain Package ($6.90/month):
      This package enables you to use your own domain that you purchased from any domain registrar. You can store up to 500MB, with 1GB bandwidth.

      Combo Package ($10.95/month):
      This package includes connecting your domain and removing the Wix ads from your site. You can store up to 3GB with 2GB bandwidth.

      Unlimited Package ($15.95/month):
      This package includes connecting your domain and removing the Wix ads from your site. You can store up to 10GB with unlimited bandwidth.
      We have a special sale going: 
       


      eCommerce ($19.90/month):
      This package includes connecting your domain, removing the Wix ads from your site and using the eCommerce feature. You can store up to 20GB with 10GB bandwidth.

       

      There are three upgrade options for Facebook Fan Pages:

    i have purchased my domain name and email address, then when i am in "manage account" and the screen where you are to choose an upgrade - it has zero to choose from so I do not know how to continue as i just want to publish the page i have been working on with the domain i have purchased! please help

    You start a new yearly subscription and any credit remaining from your previous package is deducted from the final price of the new package.
