    Website jumps down when I visit it

    When I go to my website, it jumps down quite far.  Every device I go on, it goes practically to the bottom of the page and does not stay at the top right when I get to the page.  It goes down to the parts that don't matter as much, it jumps down past the title (my name at the top) and the main video….HELP!! I thought buying a premium account would help, maybe I didn't have enough storage space or something but I bought one and it's still doing that. :((((

    The problem is caused by the videos that you have added using HTML app. (all the videos except for the first one).


    We recommend to add these videos via Youtube (just like the first video), and it will solve the problem.

    Here it is after I restarted my computer even.  But I am pretty sure it's not mine as I've looked my site up on other peoples computers and iPhones and it does the same thing, I also don't know why my thumb nails aren't showing up anymore on all of my videos

    Thanks for getting back to me I'm still having the same problem though.

    My domain is www.cassidileighparker.com and I get the same issue when I go there as I do when I go to the old site www.cassidileighparker.wix.com/clpclp.

    I emptied my caches by following your steps and my software is all up to date… :(((
