    1. My site does not show as it supposed to on microsoft internet explorer 11 and 9. It is ok on chrome.

    please give me an email address so I can  show you screenshots.

    2. at least once every 2 or 3 times when I enter my site - I get an error message that the site cannot be found. I need then to hit F5 (refresh) in order to enter the site.

    3. The site is showen very slowly, and "jumpy". It has gone worst after I integrated a youtube video.

    Hi, thank you for the fast response.

    Let's assume I follow your instructions, and it will solve my problem.

    Are you expecting that I will be OK that every random user that will visit my site and has the same condition as me will suffer the same problem?

    Of course not. I will not be able to use your platform for my website if it means I will have to instruct the site visitors what they have to do in order to use the site.

      Your account contains many different sites. Please provide us the name of the site you're referring to and describe what problems you're facing and what browser you're using. This will allow us to further investigate the issue.

      previously i have uploaded how it is shown using chrome. this is how it supposed to be.

      In this response, I'm attaching how it is shown by IE11. you can see that the menu is not ok.

      We apologize for the inconvenience.


      This is a known issue which we are currently looking into and hope to solve in the very near future.


      It is a very specific issue caused when using the Open Sans font in Hebrew in a menu bar and only when viewed on IE.


      I've corrected this for you by simply changing the font in your menu bar to a similar font.

      It now works properly, please take a look and let us know should you require further assistance.
