    can i duplicate my mobile site

    Hello, KSSR Radio recently upgraded to VIP but yet I am still not able to see the icon necessary to optimize my HTML website and go mobile. I dont want to start from scratch there is no mobile menu that displays the the picture of the mobile phone to click on so that I may begin. Help!!

    If all possible I would appreciate a phone call I have seen these steps over and over through the help button on wix and I simply need to speak with someone being I have not got anywhere with those instructions either on the wix site or sent via email by wix support. Office hours are from 8AM-2PM MST. Thank You!

    Thank you for contacting Wix Vip support.


    Please note that your site was created using the Flash Editor, and not the HTML5 Editor.

    You can create a Wix Html5 site by choosing from our wide variety of beautiful templates available here.

    Once you have finished building your site, you can transfer the premium package from the flash site to your new HTML site by following these instructions.

     

    Please also note that your pointing configuration in your registrar (not Wix, but your actual domain host) is incorrect.
    To fix this, please follow the instructions here.

    After following these steps, please allow up to 72 hours for changes to get updated (propagate).
