    For 'Member's Login', or whatever we choose to call it, could we have more fields for the clients to complete before requesting a Login? I cater in IT, and I don't want every Tome, Dick, and Harry requesting a Login without knowing more about 'why'. In short, some extra details such as Company or Institution, Position, and Contact Number would be ideal.

    I have the same request as user testingtesting472. I am building an online store for my catering company. I need for the customers to be able to tell me when they would like their order delivered prior to checking out. There is no such field on the Offline Payment settings, nor is there an option for the customer to add a message. I am wondering if I am at a point where I'll need to completely eliminate the online store I've worked so hard to build because of this, and instead allow the customer to simply fill out a form with their order and include all the details I need. This would allow me to avoid upgrading to the eCommerce plan, as I had originally planned on doing. However, an online store looks much more professional, and would certainly be worth it to me if I just had this one field added to the Offline Payment.

    Need to add a pick up date option

    I'm currently working on a cake site that allows customers to order a cake online and pick it up at the store. I currently have two options on the product page (the maximum allowed) Size, and Special Message. I need to add a field somewhere down the checkout line where they can schedule a pick up time. However the "offline payment" form cannot be customized to add a new field or change the title of a field.

    Any suggestions on where I mite add an additional field in? without them having to submit an additional form altogether?

    I want to be able to set my store so that products appear when customers are looking at my store High to Low or visa versa, I also think it would be great if customers had the option to choose how they want to see the products in this way too! I pa so much money for the various Wix sites that  run and i am considering leaving your service because you don't allow us as customers to access basic functions like this,

    How to a cancel a client's order from the online store?

    We use offline payments for our online store,.. in a paticluar case the client decided against the purchase. Is there a way to cancel an order (instead of clicking on complete order)? Which would automatically update my inventory? If it isn't an option,, it would be nice to see it added :-)

      Unfortunately this isn't possible at the moment. As a workaround, you will need to mark the order as complete and update the inventory manually to add the items in the cancelled order.

       

      We document and learn from every feature request and bug brought to our attention. These objectives are immediately high priority milestones in Wix's product road map.

    Ability to use Groupon Codes on my site!

    Hi

    I have seen various forum posts related to this dating from a year and a half ago, right up until recently. I would like to be able to sell a product on Groupon, thus my Wix site needs the functionality to receive large numbers of unique groupon voucher codes. Or some sort of groupon plugin from your ap store. Please provide this service, as so many people in the forums seem to e bringing it up.

    From e-commerce order, export order to CSV

    Hi,

    In the e-commerce package, is it possible to export in a csv file the order, so it can be processed by our WMS and ERP ?
    And also istead of finilizing the order with a pay pal payement can this be changed ot use an off line payment or cheque payement

      However, there is no option add a delivery date, but this is a great suggestion and we will defiantly consider it!

    Hello,

    I'd just like to vote up for adding user accounts to Wix stores.  Also, the ability to have product pages with their own option (size, color etc.) dropdowns instead of this "pop-up" style of product display would be great.  I just switched over from Shopify b/c I wanted more freedom to control the aesthetics of my site, and so Wix has delivered on that, so I won't be switching over to anyone else, just yet.

    And honestly, store user accounts have been being asked for since at least 2011 (I did a search), and being user accounts for online stores is a core functionality of most (pretty much all!) e-commerce sites, I think its about time to add it.
