    Hi Wix Team,

    I need these features:

    *** "Product Code" box to fill while creating a Product

    Right now I am writing it in the detail of the product but that doesn't really help me. I need to see it in the details of an order but the Orders page only shows me the names of the products. (and no, I can't write the Product Codes as the Product Names and no, I can't add the codes next to names. Names and the codes are a bit long.)

    *** To see the details of the Order

    which includes the "Product Code"

    *** Printing the Order

    *** (For offline sales) Need the option to delete or make changes on the order.

    You should ABSOLUTELY be able to have an option to have a way to get sizing options across your whole inventory at once (or at least for each collection)

    NO business owner has the time to go product by product customizing each one... that is RIDICULOUS!!

      ALSO.... you should be able to upload MULTIPLE products at once and edit their specifics all at once too. The store is not very user , and time efficient friendly

    IN MY COUNTRY (GREECE) WE HAVE DIFFERENT TAXES FOR DIFFERENT PRODUCTS, 13% AND 23% PLZ ADD MULTIPLE TAXES

      Hi sinenobilitatus, 

      Thank you for adding this feature request. Please note that you can currently only set taxes per country.

       

      You can incorporate your countries tax by adding a drop down menu under 'product options' and instruct residents of your country to select this option from the drop down menu. This will also incorporate the tax surcharge. To learn how to add product options to your products, click here

    Local Delivery

    Hi, Could you develop or make available an App to enable small businesses to manage 

    local deliveries directly, ie without relying on third party carriers

    This is key for millions of small local businesses. Could you get it on Wix, as it is already available with one of your competitors...using an App called..".Local Delivery" !

     

    The following featutes would be nice: 

    Delivery Date/Time Request -

    Store Hours - Specify available delivery days and times for your store.


    Blackout Specific Days -


    Delivery Offset - Specify the minimum amount of time between ordering and delivery.


    Set Delivery Rate Limits - Limit the number of deliveries in a given time period.


    Manage Orders - View all pending and past deliveries at a glance.


    Export Deliveries - Export deliveries for for each day. 


    Products - Mark individual products as available/not available for local delivery.

    Spedify/restrict available delivery post codes


    Customize - Add custom text to the local delivery section of the cart page. For example, you could specify that your store delivers within a 5 mile radius

    import inventory to online store

    When will we be able to import inventory from a csv, or xls file. I saw posts about this before, but i am unsure where to look for updates. Having this feature will decide whether we can use wix for our website.

    Customer Notification

    I need these features:

    1. Notify customer that their order has been received from my Company, and not just the payment gateway.

    2. Notify customer that their order has shipped.

    3. Ability to use Item numbers for each product in my store, and have them show up in the shopping cart items.

    4. Ability to receive orders by email notification from Wix so I can process the Credit Card manually through my own current Merchant Account.

      There is no way that I can phone every customer before shipping to find out how they want to pay!

      Currently you can either connect your online store to a merchant account, or set up an offline payment.

    Hi Wix Team,

    Currently my online business only ships merchandise within Indonesia with shipping fee based on city. However, Wix shipping rule only has "Indonesia" as an option and didn't allow me to further customize the city drop down selection. Please add a feature where the seller can specify a location (possibly a free text field). Thank you so much!

    Hi,

    I absolutely love my wix website, but there is one feature that is absolutely vital to our business and is not there. We badly need an option for backorder of out of stock variations of products, with messages next to the options (something like "this option is out of stock but available for backorder, delivery time 2 weeks".

    I hate  the idea of looking for another provider just because of one feature, as I am absolutely happy with everything else...

    I really hope this could be added soon..

    It would be ideal if Wix offered the option to offer next day delivery in the shipping rules as some clients like to select this option. Thanks

      Many thanks for this. We are aware of this need and will be making some major changes to the online store features and this is high on our priority list.

    These features NEED to be added to your online store.....

    * Receive an e-mail when an order is placed

    * The ability to create and automatically send e-mails to customers ie. order confirmation

    * Order confirmation numbers

    * The ability to add fixed price shipping to each item

    * Multiple payment options

    * Add more payment gateways

    * Adjustable column widths on shopping cart

    This needs to happen ASAP! Did not realize a couple of these features were not included. Huge pain. These are basic features. May have to switch over to other app. Severely disappointed.
