    My online store has now developed 2 problems

    1. A message comes up when I am trying to manage store saying encountered a problem if it persists contact wix support

    2. My customers in america are not able to use the store,

      Hi,

      The payment for your domain cjbaccessories.com did not go through and it is about to go into redemption period. Please update the payment details as soon as possible so that you can use it before it is no longer available for renewal.

    My checkout is not working. I go to check out of it and there is no action associated with the checkout button when I click it. Or anything in the shopping cart. Please help...

      I fixed the issue. Now my site is down completely. I went through the checkout process and now when I go to open the site all I get is a white screen...

      I've just visited your store, added a product and the checkout button took me to the Paypal payment page without issues.

      While browsing on the web, your computer and browser stores various information. This build up of information can sometimes cause conflict.

      Please clear your browser's cache. You can find step by step instructions here.
       

      Please note that clearing your browser's cache will not resolve all issues.

      We also recommend you to try and use different browsers and see if there is any difference.

      Wix supports all major browsers (including IE, Firefox, Google Chrome and Safari), and all of those browsers support the ability to export favorites and bookmarks to the newly installed browser.

    When you click on my products they sometimes will not come up to allow you to choose size and color.

    Is the payment for monthly subscription because have paid for a year for wix payment but I pay every month for ecommerce

      are you referring to paying for your Wix account or for adding a pay monthly subscription to your site for your customers ?

    I have the eCommerce package and when I go on my website it lets me click the product i want to purchase but it doesn't let me checkout or change my quantity.

      Thank you for contacting Wix support.

      I can see that you added the shopping cart at the bottom of the page holding your product galleries. Please note that the product galleries are covering over your cart and therefore disabling the cart functionality. Please see the screenshot demonstrating this below:

      I also noticed that you placed to product galleries one on top of the other.

      I would recommend adding a separate page for your shopping cart.

    My website is not available. I paid for a year for normal online store later i upgraded to premium that i pay for eCommerce every month. Now people cant view my online store

      This month's renewal was cancelled due to payment issues. Please make sure to repurchase the monthly package and your site will work again, Please try a different card or contact the credit card provider for assistance.
