      Please note that I had no issues viewing your site, which leads me to believe that this issue is a local one on your end.

      While browsing on the web, your computer and browser stores various information. This build up of information can sometimes cause conflict.

    Is the payment for monthly subscription because have paid for a year for wix payment but I pay every month for ecommerce

      are you referring to paying for your Wix account or for adding a pay monthly subscription to your site for your customers ?

    I have the eCommerce package and when I go on my website it lets me click the product i want to purchase but it doesn't let me checkout or change my quantity.

      Thank you for contacting Wix support.

      I can see that you added the shopping cart at the bottom of the page holding your product galleries. Please note that the product galleries are covering over your cart and therefore disabling the cart functionality. Please see the screenshot demonstrating this below:

      I also noticed that you placed to product galleries one on top of the other.

      I would recommend adding a separate page for your shopping cart.

    My website is not available. I paid for a year for normal online store later i upgraded to premium that i pay for eCommerce every month. Now people cant view my online store

      Hi,

      This month's renewal was cancelled due to payment issues. Please make sure to repurchase the monthly package and your site will work again, Please try a different card or contact the credit card provider for assistance.

    I have made a trial purchase and when I click to purchase it comes up with  Error WOS1127

      Error message WOS1127 means that you didn't configure any payment system (i.e. Paypal) in your online store.

    I need help store is setup not connecting to shopping cart. I am selling my services off-line. Please help as website is not functional until I get this resolved.

      I am not sure I fully understand your issue. Do you wish to allow your users to purchase items from your store paying cash on delivery? 

       

      We have added an offline payment option to the Wix Online Store :)
       

      Offline payments enable you to accept payment options other than credit cards (i.e. cash, check, bank transfer, wire transfer, etc.). When a customer places an order from your online store, you will receive an email containing the order information and their contact details. Contact them to finalize the order and arrange the method of payment.

    Hi,

    I've setup my online store and everything is working ok, except the 'submit order' button on the check out page. When a user selects this button, the redirect doesn't work and the page appears to forever load. All information of the order is submitted and I can view it in the management tool, but the user is never redirected to the thank you page that has been setup.

      Hi Michael,

       

      This is happening because your domain isn't properly connected. Your pointing configuration in your registrar (not Wix, but your actual domain host) is incorrect. If your registrar is Godaddy click here, otherwise here

      Thanks for the help  looks like i got it sorted following your instructions,

      Now there is question i have, the URL  ripsawjerky.com  will not load my site but loads a page about trying to connect your domain to wix site? etc.

      the URL wix.ripsawjerky.com loads up fine and works great - but all of my business cards,product labelling and other links all have the ripsawjerky.com URL

      How do we fix that?

      Your Wix site is currently connected to 'www.wix.ripsawjerky.com', please make sure to assign your site to the domain 'ripsawjerky.com'.

    My online store is not working. I paid for an upgrade and I think that I set everything up correctly but I am still getting an error when I test it. I tried linking to my paypal account and I also tried doing offline payment and neither is working. Thanks
