    My customers are not able to checkout, when clicking checkout the page is simply staying where it is at

      I apologize for the inconvenience you are currently experiencing. 

       

      I have visited your site in order to try and recreate the issue on my end. It seems that everything works perfectly as a new window opened up and forwarded me to a PayPal payment page. 

       

      While browsing on the web, your computer and browser stores various information. This build up of information can sometimes cause conflict.

      Please clear your browser's cache. You can find step by step instructions here.
       

      If you would like the PayPal payment page to open up in a new tab rather then a new page, click on your shopping cart > Settings > Under Buyers checkout select in a Popup Window.

       

      For more information about changing your shopping cart style, click here.

       

      As per your second question, You can reach us by telephone in a number of ways:

      1) You can select a time to speak to an agent based on our availability and call volume by visiting this link.
      In order to meet the needs of our rapidly growing Wix community and to continue to deliver the personal and professional service you've come to expect from us, we now offer a scheduled call back. Scheduling a call with a Wix Product Specialist also allows you to ask your question in advance so that we can come prepared. Call slots on the scheduler will be shown in your local time, based on the clock of the computer you are using to schedule the call.
       
      2) Our call center is open from 6am to 5pm Pacific Standard Time.
      You can call 1-800-6000-WIX (949) to speak to a live agent (Callers outside the US can call 415-639-9034), Entry of your user ID on our phone system will help us to process your call better.  Please note that wait times may be longer on non-scheduled calls.

    Hello, first I'd like to understand why my post on this forum has been deleted. I have been waiting for days to have my online store working, and yesterday I provided the Wix team with the screenshot and other information asked, and today I get back here to see if there is any solution and I can't even find my post now. Can you please help me understand what's going on? Why did you delete my post?

      Hey, 

      Please add a product gallery to your page - Add -> Online Store -> product gallery. Please make sure to choose a collection and also make sure that your inventory is not empty as you can see in the screenshot below (click on the product in the store):

      I can see that you have added the Ecwid store to your shop page (not the Wix online store). You need to click on the app-> app settings-> create an account as you can see below:

      The ecwid store will not delete that's why it's up there. I've tried everything to delete it. I've hot the wix store to work just not the ecwid store to delete.

      In order to remove the ECWID store I had to remove the entire page.

      I created another shop page and moved the Wix store to it, then deleted the original shop page.

      Please open your editor to make any needed adjustments.

      I don't think that worked because it still shows up in desktop and mobile

      The reason this is happening is that you have an editor open and you published save and published, and by that you eliminated my save.

      You can either access my save in site history- or alternately follow these instructions:

      1. Add a new page
      2. Copy the Wix store to the new page
      3. delete the shop page
      4. rename the new page as shop

      If you are experiencing difficulties, close the editor and we can do this for you (make sure you open the editor again only after we reply).

      Hey,

       

      Please be aware that in order to use our eCommerce features such as the shopping cart and store, you will have to upgrade to our eCommerce premium package.  
      Currently, you are using our Unlimited package.  

      In order to do so, you will simply need to re-upgrade your document. Please go to "My Account" -> roll over the document you want to upgrade -> click on "Upgrade".  

      You can find all the information regarding the premium packages  here  

      You will only be charged for the difference in prices between the packages.  

      Please follow this  link  for information about the eCommerce feature.

    Hi,

    I have created my online store and upgraded to premium, everything seems to working fine. The issue now is some people in other countries can't access the site, they keep getting the "page loading" message. How can i fix this?

      Thanks for your quick response. I can access it properly with no issues but some customers can't as it says "page loading". I will ask them to try the above and if it persist will let you know. Thanks

    HELP! I have the ecommerce package, I have the add to cart button and view cart button. I am able to add and remove items from the cart yet I cannot get past this and integrate the payment. I have been through paypal yet there is nothing that will work! I have followed all the instruction son both Wix and Paypal so I dont understand why it wont work.  Whe you click on the cart and then 'settings' nothing seems to happen so Im not sure if thats something to do with it.  I really need help with this now!

      I also noticed that your cart is overlapping with your products, therefore we recommend to either create a new page, name it "Cart" and add a cart to it, so users will be able to checkout from there or pull the cart to the bottom of your page. 

       

      If you are still unable to checkout, please let us know.

    Hi, my store is not showing a checkout.  It has the "add to cart" button but does not show an option to go to the checkout.  I currently have the Premium package and it was working.  Can you please uregtnly advise?
