    Hi,

    All of my products got deleted... And it says "your search as provided no results"....

     

    what am i suppose to do now?

      We have visited both of your websites through their editors. Both sites had products under the stores. We assume you have added the products again, we apologize for the inconvenience. We can see you have two websites almost identical, you can add products to your store and duplicate your website as to keep a handy backup.

    hi there,

    i am adding items in different categories and only one category shows up but on every page.i find that if i put my items in the fun category hey all show up except all the items in every category on the site are mixed up with the same exact items.

      Hi,

      The collections are there in order to help you better organize your products and divide them between different product galleries.

      Each product gallery can only display a single collections . If you want to display all of your products on a  single product gallery, you'll need to add all of your products to a single collection and connect your product gallery to that collection .

    I am getting  page that is completely different with what I built? I edit my site but when I change it nothing happen? Nothing is in order in my page. The line or boxes are in order ,however, when I review them everything is in different locations

    Its time consuming and tiring now!

    I purchased a premium ecommerce package in April 15 2014, I paid $194 for one year, until April 15 2015.  Everything worked fine, including purchases from customers. Up until this week, I've been getting the following message whenever I go to my website: Something went wrong Contact support with the following error: WOS3042 My shopping cart is not working and it states that I need to upgrade to a premium ecommerce package, which I already have! Can someone at Wix please take a look at the connection and check for errors? I checked the backside under Preview, everything seems to work properly including the shopping cart, the error pops up every time someone opens my website and they're no able to place an order. Thanks!

    Help,. I am getting reports that customers cant check out on the cart. This only just began as I have had the site for a while. I went thru all the pages to make sure they were correctly programmed for Shop and Cart format which I did have to update just this morning,.. got it published and Im still having issues. 

     

    I dont know what else to do,..

      Hi,

       

      I  have looked into your site and your editor.

      It seems that the cart button you have in the top right part of your site is currently directed to your "contact us" page.

       

      In order to direct it to the cart you will need to create a cart page, which currently you do not have. To do this, go to the pages menu --> add page --> under online store "cart".

       

      Once you have set this, click the cart button in the top right part of the page --> link to cart --> select the page named "cart"

    I am sorry to say this but I needed to bail on  WIX. I loved the easy to use web-site set up tool, however whenever I went to a different computer and smart phone my site was a mess... I never could figure out what was going wrong... I kept creating more questions than answers... My site was just a simple one page site... I think you are just hitting bugs and glitches that may not have resolutions...  My love affair has now ended in divorce... :-(

      Thank you.... The Good: Had a nice site, loved all your design tools... Loved everything from a set-up (development) stand point... The Bad: I had a PayPal "Pay Now" button set up properly... When I first installed it,  it worked great! Then after another edit I could not get the PayPal "Pay Now" button to work at all on my home/office computer... I tried the other two computers in my home and could not get the "Pay Now" button to work. Did everything possible to get it to work and could NOT get it to work. Someone on this thread tried it and said it was fine. I started trying other computers and had seen that my page was "totally out of whack" especially on smart-phones. I was able to click on the "Pay Now" from a smart phone, however the site was such a mess it would have been impossible to correct, except abandon the site design and start new. The Ugly, Since so many people are now using "smart-phones" I needed to change my position and re-think my whole strategy. All I really wanted was a simple one page site and now have found nothing is simple. I cancelled my premium membership and may be back as soon as I study and find the best approach. I think in a year or so WIX will have some of their bugs worked out... for now I can only have "rock solid bullet proof" that I can change on the fly... Your competitor " ipage " may be a lower cost solution and seems simple... I am in no rush but do want the site right...  Thank you for your attention. If possible direct me to a simple one page site that shows wells on all platforms...  Mark

      you didn't mention the URL of the website you were referring to, so please state the URL of the website so we'll be able to test and check your complains.

      Moreover, it sounds like you didn't create a mobile version to your website (we'll only know for sure when you'll send us the URL of the website) but that could explain the problems that you've mentioned.

      Thank you for your help... I loved the template so much I am back in the game... As soon as I get it right I will sign up again... I do want and must have a "mobile" version of my site... I don't think this was well detailed in the set-up instructions... I will try my best, again to get it done....       In case you don't line the mobile optimized view, you can always disable it: Go to your mobile Editor -> Click the Mobile Settings tab at the left --> Click Mobile View --> Choose Pre-Optimized View.

    I upgraded to ecommerce about 10 days ago... every day I try to get my store up and running but go around in loops.  I have added inventory, pictures, sorted out my collections, etc., but when I add a gallery, all I can see is in the picture attached.  I´m thinking it might be a flaw of the design my webpage is built on? or the system?  I have tried EVERYTHING I can think of.

      You can always try and clear the cache on your Chrome browser:

      While browsing on the web, your computer and browser stores various information. This build up of information can sometimes cause conflict.

      You can find step by step instructions to clear the cache here.
