    Is there a corporate office phone number? Even a customer service number??? I'm not getting any help!!

    My online store is not showing up on my live site. I have the Premium package and it was working fine but now no picture, no product, nothing.... HELP!!!

    Hi There Wix Team, 

    My website's (http://www.jakssensorybagsandtoys.com/) shopping cart/ checkout is having some problems and I can't find an answer for it. 

    A customer of mine was having problems with the shopping cart and check out last night. This was the message I was sent - 

    "The website us really playing up. Everytime I go to add something to the cart or get through to address it cuts out and restarts completely!! "

    I have checked it on my end with Google Chrome and Firefox. It worked on both for me and I was able to get to the PayPal screen for payment. 

    What can I do, as this would be the first order (ever) from my website  ?

      Hi there,
      I visited your Online Store (fun!) and go through the purchase process and learned that I was able to reach to the PayPal page as you experienced.
      Could you please ask your clients which browser and its version they have used when the reported issue occurred?
      In addition, please kindly ask them to clear cache of their browser if the issue is persistent. 
      Please let us know if the problem continues to happen on your store.

    (14) The referrer, relay response or receipt link URL is invalid <---- this keeps popping up when I try to test the shopping cart on my website. PLEASE HELP.

      Hi,

      I have visited your site: kernrivervalley.com, your shopping cart works perfectly from my end.

      I selected products from your shop -> added to the cart and was redirected to the offline payment window.

      May I ask on what steps are you receiving this error message?

      Usually, when one clicks "add to cart," there is an option to "go to check out now."  There is no such option.  You click on add to cart and there is no way to complete the sale.

      If I cannot get my store to work, there is no reason for me to have upgraded to eCommerce. What is the procedure for cancelling my upgrade?

      I've just visited your store, added a product, clicked on the 'checkout' (you named it checkout but it's actually a cart button) button on the top right which took me to your cart page, from which I was able to checkout to the Paypal payment page without issues.

      If something in the process I've described is not working for you- please follow these steps:

      Please note that clearing your browser's cache will not resolve all issues.

      We also recommend you to try and use different browsers and see if there is any difference.

      Wix supports all major browsers (including IE, Firefox, Google Chrome and Safari), and all of those browsers support the ability to export favorites and bookmarks to the newly installed browser.

      Please keep in mind that this a Premium eCommerce package feature. You can try it out for free in the Wix Editor, but to start selling you'll need to upgrade to the Wix eCommerce package. For upgrading instructions, click here.

    Hello,

    I am unable to checkout on my wix online store at partlyanimal.co.uk, despite upgrading my account this morning and clearing my browser's cache. I am using google chrome.

    How can i resolve this issue?

      I checked your site and I saw you have set your shopping cart correctly.

      The Checkout button doesn't work, as your domain: partlyanimal.co.uk pointing configuration in your registrar (not Wix, but your actual domain host) is incorrect. If your registrar is Godaddy click here, otherwise here

      Hello,

       

      I see that you haven't added your store's collections to the site itself (There's no product gallery on the site).

      To add a product gallery:

      1. From the left side of the Editor, click the plus sign to open Add.
      2. From Add, click Online Store.
      3. From Online Store, click Product Gallery.

      4. Click Add to Page.
      5. From Choose Collection, click the drop-down menu to choose a collection. Click OK.

    I can't seem to make a purchase on my website.  I have my paypal account set up so why does it not work? I recently cancelled my service with Wix but I did pay for a full year of which I still have 9 months left.  Please help!

    Perhaps I'm missing something, but my store doesn't function. It will let you select and item, but it won't go any farther.
