    Customers are trying to purchase my product but their payment is not coming through?  I checked with my bank and the paypal test funds came through on Friday.

    Hi,

    My customers click on my buy now button and are not taken to checkout - some can right click and open new window but i do not want them to have to do that. This has only just started to happen. You should be able to see my previous conversations with your colleagues in the thread. can you please help?

      Thank you for contacting us regarding this matter.

       

      I can see that you have added the "Buy Now" button using the HTML app.

       

      Keep in mind that by adding external HTML code you are adding products and code that we have not tested or created in Wix, therefore our support team cannot answer any questions concerning the HTML iFrame/Embed App.

      We recommend testing your code externally. You can do this using sites such as the following:

      w3schools.com
      jsfiddle.net

      As previously mentioned if you read through the threads you will have noticed that I have already spoken with my external provider and they have looked in to this and this was their response.

      Ok, so I've looked into your Pulley account, and everything seems to be set up correctly for the June download. Now, when I go to your main Wix site, I am unable to connect to the checkout by just clicking the "Buy Now" link, but if I right-click to open up in a new tab, I am able to proceed to checkout, see attached.

      So the issue is arising from the main site's coding not allowing for a seamless click to your checkout. You will need to let Wix know this is the issue, as we don't have access to your Wix site's code, I'm really sorry about that!

      I hope this helps and gets you started toward a fix on the Wix side of things, as they are all good to go on the Pulley side!

       

      Can you look into this please as i have never had this issue before and i have been using you since Jan 2013 and have changed nothing

      Hi,

       

      I noticed you used the HTML App in order to create a simple link. Please note there is no need to do so, as you can use Wix buttons and link them to an external URL.

       

      In order to solve the problem please click Add -> Buttons & Menus -> Button -> Link To -> Web Address and in the new window type http://pul.ly/b/98875

    Hello,

    It seems my checkout button does not work correctly.  When selected instead of pulling up the PayPal page it returns to the home page.  I have a ecommerce page and a paypal business account.  However, the PayPal buy it now button works just fine.

      I noticed that you are using Wix's old Shopping Cart. In order to resolve this issue, simply delete your current Cart and add a new Shopping cart from the left side of the editor click on Add-->Online Store-->Shopping Cart.

    I need to confirm that my paypal account is working properly (how do the funds get to my business checking account?).  How do I know if or when someone pays?

      Hey,

       

      Thank you for contacting Wix support! 

      Viewing your store I can see that it is connected to Paypal properly. Once your store is connected properly to Paypal, the payments will be made directly into your Paypal account. You will need a Premier or Business Paypal account, you can get one here.

      Viewing your editor I can see that you added elements outside of the gridlines. I recommend you to read through this link for more information on how to optimize your site to different devices.

    Hi,

    I've upgraded my store from a free account to the ecommerce account.

    When I attempt to view the website, it is showing a blank screen in Chrome, and the "Internet Explore cannot display the webpage" in IE.  Before, it would immediately come up with the home page (which was blank, but still setup the template design).

    Is this due to a payment processing issue related to the timing of the payment and the migration of the hosting to other servers?

      If the issue persist, please send us the information below:

       

      1. What Operating System you're using (i.e. Mac OSX, Windows XP, etc.)
      2. What browsers you've tried - and include the version of the browser (can generally be found by going to Help > About within the browser).
      3.Your Wix username and the document name of the site(s) with the issue.
      4. Attach a screenshot of the problem, if possible. For instructions on how to take a screenshot, click here.
      5. Your geographic location and which ISP you use.
      6. Which internet security programs you have installed on your computer (antivirus, firewall, etc.).

      Hi,

       

      I can see that you are using an external code to create your store. Unfortunately there is little we can do to support external code.

      I suggest that you try your code in the HTML tester here and if it is not working, contact the code's developers and ask them if they know why it is not working.

    My online store is not showing up on my live site. I have the Premium package and it was working fine but now no picture, no product, nothing.... HELP!!!

    Hi There Wix Team, 

    My website's (http://www.jakssensorybagsandtoys.com/) shopping cart/ checkout is having some problems and I can't find an answer for it. 

    A customer of mine was having problems with the shopping cart and check out last night. This was the message I was sent - 

    "The website us really playing up. Everytime I go to add something to the cart or get through to address it cuts out and restarts completely!! "

    I have checked it on my end with Google Chrome and Firefox. It worked on both for me and I was able to get to the PayPal screen for payment. 

    What can I do, as this would be the first order (ever) from my website  ?

      Hi there,
      I visited your Online Store (fun!) and go through the purchase process and learned that I was able to reach to the PayPal page as you experienced.
      Could you please ask your clients which browser and its version they have used when the reported issue occurred?
      In addition, please kindly ask them to clear cache of their browser if the issue is persistent. 
      Please let us know if the problem continues to happen on your store.
