    My online store is not working. I paid for an upgrade and I think that I set everything up correctly but I am still getting an error when I test it. I tried linking to my paypal account and I also tried doing offline payment and neither is working. Thanks

    Hi, my online store isn't showing my "single post" or "contact" page.  I've linked them correctly and it shows all of them when I preview in edit mode.  Please help!  Thanks

      Hi

       

      I can see you have not added a menu bar to your site, don't worry its easy to do.

      Please follow the steps below:

       

      1. From the left of the Editor, click the Add icon.
      2. From the Add list, click Buttons & Menus. Click Text Menu or Buttons Menu.
      3. Click outside of the menu to close the Menu Settings window.
       
      A menu is added to your site.
       
      Note: To return to Add , click Back to Add from the top of the window.
      To close Add, click X from the top right.
       
      For more information about menus click here.
       
      Please note that to change how your pages' names appear on the menu, you must change the page names from Pages (click the Page icon from the left side of the Editor).

    Hello,

    My online store isn't working properly. I setup PayPal as my merchant but when users click to purchase, it does nothing. Please help!

      I checked your account, but was unable to locate a Premium subscription associated with any of your sites.

      Please make sure you completed the upgrade process and try again - this should resolve the issue.

    Hi,

    WIx online shop worked well before but now I can't see the Buyer information as you can see on the attached file. 

    I have tried it in other computer but I can't still the information.

    Will you explain how to see it again?

      As far as we can see from the image you have sent its notagusa site, but please can you confirm.

      Hi 

       

      I have now deleted the PayPal image, also just to let you know we have fixed the issue for you, can you please now check your order history and see if you are able to see the information, (you may need to clear the cache on your computer first)

    I have the ecommerce package but I can't delete products from the store-the screen fades out and I am locked out the moment I click on Delete

      When I select any or all products in my product list it locks up.   I even deleted the STORE page and tried to start a new one.  The new one automatically loaded all of the old products and the screen faded and locked when I tried to delete any of those as well.p

      I think I found my problem -I was trying to delete pictures which were placeholders for the products.....thank you for your help

      Hi,

      Please note that the Cart button is automatically connected to the Shopping cart.

      The problem is you named your products page as "Cart" which can confuse your customers. I recommend you to change that page name to "Shop" or "Store" etc...

      If you wish to link to this page simply add a regular button and link it, or show that button on the menu, as it is currently hidden.

    Still in test mode, but when someone on  a MAC checks out, they are unable to select State/Prov (there is no red star next to it).  Therefore, the "continue to payments" button does not activate.  This does not happen to me during testing, and I am on a PC.  This only happens on a MAC.  Thanks!

      Hi,

       

      I couldn't reproduce this issue using a Mac in your store. The State drop down is enabled only when selecting a country that has states or provinces.

       

      The Checkout button is enabled once all the required fields were filled, including a valid email address. Could that be the problem?

    Really Urgent.  We are trying to go live TODAY but the online store isn't working.  We have a premium site so shouldn't be a problem.  I can see it in the editor but not online.

      While browsing on the web, your computer and browser stores various information. This build up of information can sometimes cause conflict.

      Please clear your browser's cache. You can find step by step instructions here.
       

      Please note that clearing your browser's cache will not resolve all issues.

      We also recommend you to try and use different browsers and see if there is any difference.

      Wix supports all major browsers (including IE, Firefox, Google Chrome and Safari), and all of those browsers support the ability to export favorites and bookmarks to the newly installed browser.

      Thanks for looking at it.  I have played around with it and removed the cart and re added it and since then it started to work for some reason?  Is this usual?  It seems great now, but I can confirm I tried it on different browsers, different machines and even mobiles and it wasn't displaying correctly.  

       

      Although, I am happy that it is working again now, I am pretty concerned that I will have more problems with it if I need to make changes in the future?

      To further upgrade your existing premium, go to My Account > Packages. Then, click 'Upgrade' underneath the package name.

      Why can't I upgrade to a monthly package? I don't want a yearly one.

      Hi,

      Only monthly packages can be upgraded to monthly packages, yearly packages will only be upgraded to yearly, or once their contract is over - you'll be able to buy a replacing monthly package (or before - completely up to you, it will be a separate package though).
