If you have set up an inventory for your Online Store, your products will automatically be hidden from your site when the inventory for this product reaches zero. This would also cause collections to be hidden if the inventory is empty.

 

To add to the inventory of a specific product: Click your Product Gallery to select it > click Manage Store > click a product to open Product Details.

Under Options and Inventory, check the box next to I want to manage inventory > next to Number of items in stock, enter the number of items.

 

Note: If you have multiple product options (ie. you have checked the box next to I want to add product options like size and color), after checking the box next to I want to manage inventory, click the Manage Options and Inventory button > edit the number of items in stock > click Done.

    hi, i just added a couple of items to my website but am not seeing them when i goto my website. but i have savedand published it a couple of times allready please help.

    I have set inventory for the products that are not showing, and they are still not showing.  Note that they have been saved and published.

      Please can you let us know which collection you are not able to add to your site. 

      Add a new page > then go to add > online store > chose collection - from the drop down menu you can chose the collect you want to be added, repeat this process for each collection.

    How do you get your  products to show as in stock?

      Please note that products that are showing, are in stock.

      Products that go out of stock are dropped out of the Products Gallery's display.

      Unfortunately, this behavior cannot be changed at present time.

    Hello -

    I'm want to have products shown in a catalog, but I don't want people to able to buy (website is for a manufacturer).  I can edit my collections and preview them just fine, but after I publish, there are three un-edited products there.  How do I get all my products to edit and show correctly?  I do not have it set to manage inventory...I just want people to be able to see the products we make.

    Any help is appreciated!

      In order for us to investigate and assist, please specify the name of the site in question as you have more than one in your account.

       

      To add an Online Store to any template, click Add > Online Store > Product Gallery > Add to Page.

      Ok, it is for JHHarness.  I do not actually want to sell items and have an eCommerce site.  I just want to show the products that the manufacturer makes.  I didn't think a gallery sufficed in showing and explaining the different products.

      You can use the online store just for display but it actually is not built to do so, site visitors will likely click to make purchases and encounter error messages. The store is made to allow sales. We realize galleries do not provide as rich an environment as the store but we still recommend a gallery in your case.

       

      The galleries do provide space for text per image that will allow you to elaborate per product.

    Please make sure that you are adding the certain collection and not all products, once you have chosen the correct collection please make sure that if you have set the inventory, then you need to have items shown in stock.

    Hi there,

    I'm getting this problem, too. All the products that I have added must be in "ALL" collection. And when I'm deleting the product from this collection, it's not showing to the page that I want it to appear. I want to group and categorize the products, but it's I'm having difficulty doing it.

    i try to add product , but it wasn't on my product list, suddenly disappear and  show error  go back to store manage and restore, i try to restore for 3  to 5 times, the problems still happens, 

     

    hope someone to fix this problems

    Help. I am having the same sort of issue. I had my store front all ready to go and it looked great. Now only when I click on "Style Product Page" it comes up great, but in preview I can't see anything anymore-just a blank dark green box, which used to have the product. Only on "Shop" does product photos show, but when you click on "shop now" it goes to blank dark green box. It didn't do that before but it used to. What happened!? We are about to upgrade, add our own domain name from another source and launch and we can not have issues like this. Please help. cdane@tampabay.rr.com kcsmagicgarden

      I couldn't replicate this issue on my end. I did change the links on the "Buy now" buttons to their respectable pages - but other than that everything worked right.

    I set up my  eCommerce today on my (premium) site and I added 12 items to a collection. Only 4 of those items show in the products gallery. This is incredibly frustrating. HELP
