I have added items to collections only to find that they have been deleted or changed to items from another collection! Even if I try to look at history, the items are still gone. HOURS have been lost in creating these items! Why am I losing products as I create new pages with new collections?? this is VERY frustrating!

Please note: The following components will not be affected when you restore a previous version of your site: Online Store, Blog, List Builder, and Apps.
Please provide us with a detailed description of the steps that you have taken so far so that we can replicate the process on our end and assist in finding a solution.
