To delete products: Click your Product Gallery to select it > from the pop-up menu, click Manage Store > check the box next to the product/s that you want to delete > click Delete.

    I've been using Chrome for editing my e-commerce site. I was having the same problem as the previous posters on this thread. I went to Internet Explorer first. Then I went to my site through My Account (manage and edit site; I have several sites). Next came the Manage My Site page. On the far left side there is a column of choices (Offers and Features, Business Apps, etc). If you go a bit further down that column, there is "Online Store." I hit that link. Took me to the area where you can delete items. I deleted collections and items. It worked for me. So I'm going to keep using Chrome to build the site and see if I run into any more problems. Hopefully not. :-)

    Hi!

     

    i am having trouble deleting products from my store....I really need to get onto this as soon as possible...it says something went wrong and to refresh- which I have done- but still not working.

    It is DEFINITELY a bug. There was no problem whatsoever executing that command when I attempted the same edits in Internet Explorer. 

    You WIX maintenance/programmers might want to get on that, or at least publish it as a known bug.

    Is there a known bug regarding the WIX "Manage Store" editing tool and Chrome? I can do most of what I want but whenever I try to delete a collection (be it one of my own that I added and don't need or one of the collections that came with the template) my entire screen goes to a translucent shade of gray and all buttons become non-responsive. My mouse pointer still works, my computer is in every way functional but I cannot at all continue using the template editor. Every time I try to delete a collection this happens and every time I'm forced to refresh the page and start over again (after the first time this happened I learned the hard way to save my progress often). 

    Can you let me know what is going on and how soon it can be fixed? Thank you.

      I checked your site and couldn't recreate the problem.

      While browsing on the web, your computer and browser stores various information. This build up of information can sometimes cause conflict.

      Please clear your browser's cache. You can find step by step instructions here.

      this is just a pre warning sign, to make sure you are 100% sure you want to delete the product, just click delete

      I'm sure you get simple questions all the time, but delete is not an option. Everything is moved to the background and the screen is frozen. I can't close the window, cancel or delete. My only course of action thus far has been to go back or close the tab entirely. Now I am getting this:

      I have used your online store for a couple of years on other sites, and have never encountered this problem.

      Please advise!

      no worries, thank you for looking into this!

      I am trying to set up the store and want to delete the default images/products (or any images/products).

      I have tried deleting the entire collection, renaming the collection, deleting individually + as a group. I have added my own product and tried to delete. All with the same outcome of the screen moving to the background and the grey screen freezing.

      Please note, this is happening across all of my sites right now. I checked firewalls and proxys-- all normal. Rebooted computer. Tried on another machine. All with the same outcome...

      I tried to delete an item from your store and experienced no difficulties:

      I didn't delete it eventually as I'm not sure which items you wish to delete..

      Please note that this indicate that the issue is local. Please go through the steps provided hereIf the steps in the link didn't resolve your issues, please answer the questions in the same link.

    When I try to delete an item from my online store I get an error message says "Oops"  I need this rectified urgently.

      I know how to delete a product but the online store won't let me. I need this rectified urgently. I can't even mark a product as unavailable.

    Iam following the steps but when i click delete another info box appears warning me that it is not reversible and the delete button is dim, i cannot click on anything, the page will not work :(
