To delete products: Click your Product Gallery to select it > from the pop-up menu, click Manage Store > check the box next to the product/s that you want to delete > click Delete.

    I am having the same issue with the screen freezing and greying over every time I try and delete an item from the store... VERY FRUSTRATING....using chrome too.

      Please clear your browser's cache. You can find step by step instructions here.
       

      We also recommend you to try and use different browsers and see if there is any difference.

      Wix supports all major browsers (including IE, Firefox, Google Chrome and Safari), and all of those browsers support the ability to export favorites and bookmarks to the newly installed browser.

    Hi,

    I am using Google chrome and having the same problem of the page greying over and won't let me click back when trying to delete items. I have followed the recommended instructions and deleting my cache/history etc. Problem is still happening! I have not yet upgraded to eCommerce package..... is this why? Help!

      Does the issue replicate when you're using a different browser? (For example Firefox?)

      I don't have Firefox... I have tried on Internet explorer and Google chrome. It seems a lot of people have had this problem this is very frustrating.

      Please download Firefox, it is usually a matter or a few minutes only. Try using it, it may solve your problem or if not at least give us indication of what the issue is.

    Hello,

    I cannot delete the product items in the WIXstore management, it is very annoying, it seems the bugs in the WIX programs.

    Can the technical person in WIX can help me to solve this problem???

     

    Also, when browsing the web store, some browsers can not add items into carts......Safari in Iphone and Ipad is not working, some chrome browsers also can't add items to cart. What happen?

      While browsing on the web, your computer and browser stores various information. This build up of information can sometimes cause conflict.

      Please clear your browser's cache. You can find step by step instructions here.

       

      I have tried accessing your store with an iphone, I was able to add to cart. There were some items out of stock and I was not able to add them in both iphone and PC.

      Are you referring to the pop- up message or to something else?

       

      Please follow the steps provided here  to clear cache in your iphone device.

    Having same issue as previous posters. When deleting a product in Chrome browser freezes. 

    Have Cleared the cache

    trying to delete product entitled today is your day. Will now lose a couple fo hours work. Not happy Wix!

      Please try opening Chrome in Incognito mode (CTRL+SHIFT+N) and try this again.

      Have downloaded new version of chrome and opened in ingognito mode however this doesn't help me on the screen that is frozen. is there any way i can unfreeze and not lose all of the work I have done?

      Why is this bug not fixed? There are multiple comments about it!

      Hi,

      Unfortunately, you will need to close the editor and reopen it using incognito mode. Note that if you saved any of your previous changes, you can retrieve it using our history feature. 

      To access your site history:

      1. From My Account, next to your site, click Manage & Edit Site.

      2. From the right of the page that opens, under Site Actions, click My Site History.

      Your site history page opens.  
       

      For step by step instructions click here

       

      If you have done the above and the issue persists, please let us know.

    Have tried that and it still won't work. Have rebooted the computer, cleared the cache and it still greys out when I click delete. Then I have to close that window and start again. I am using Safari on a Mac but I tried changing to Google Crome but still have the same result. I don't want to have to delete that collection and start again :(

    I am trying to delete the items from the template store so I can add my own items.  When I click on the item and try to delete it, my page freezes and I have to refresh the page to continue.  This is preventing me from publishing my site as there are items on my store that I do not sell.  They belong to the template I am using.  Please help.  TY♥

      My screen freezes at the *wait - warning deleting items can't be reversed.  

      I want to delete them because they are template items.  But the screen freezes and I have to then refresh the page to continue editing.

      It will not let me get to that delete point.

      I cleared browsing history, cache ect.

      I restarted my computer.  Still no change.  Freezes and will not let me delete.

      Hey

       

      The link you have sent does not work, I have visited your site and was able to delete the bracelets gallery with out any issue, which I have now saved. 

      As we have been able to do this, this leads us to believe that it is a localization issue, please also try using a different browser to see if this helps with the necklace collection, 

      To delete it, just go to the shop page, click on the gallery and then in the small white pop up box press the delete bottom on the bottom right.

      No I am trying to keep bracelets and necklaces.  I added them.

      spring 2023

      fall 2023

      Can you delete them for me please???

      They are on the template.  I am trying to add jewelry.

      Thank you so much for all of your help.  I ended up opening it up in internet explorer and was able to get the items deleted.
