I picked up my first order on my website. This was the email i received from pay pal. I have tried all the suggestions on this thread. I have no idea what my customer ordered. Any ideas on how to correct this? Thanks
Dear tracy kehr,
You received a payment of $99.80 USD from wendy thiessen. Please process your order right away.
This payment is now in your pending balance and temporarily unavailable. This money will be moved to your available balance and released to you in 21 days (as long as there are no problems with your orders).
Want to get your payment of $99.80 USD faster?
Here are a few steps you can take:
Ship your item quickly. Then mark the item as shipped on the Transaction Details page. Estimated payment release date: Within 7 days of the delivery date.
If you provide a USPS, UPS, or FedEx tracking number, your estimated release date is within 3 days of the delivery date.

You can manage your orders from the Orders tab of the Wix Store Manager. This tab shows you a list of all of your orders.
To access the Orders tab: Click your Product Gallery to select it > from the pop-up menu, click Manage Store > select the Orders tab.
Note: You can also see your latest orders from your site's dashboard without having to open the Editor!
You can find more information about the Orders tab of the Wix Online Store here.
Note: It is not currently possible to receive email notifications when an order is placed in your Online Store, but this is certainly a feature that we are working on. You can vote for this feature in this thread.

do customers receive an order confirmation when they check out and pay?
I'd like to be able to Print their order from the Order tab in the online shop but it doesn't allow it.

Ok so when a customer places the order, it goes to paypal, paypal (assuming everything is set up correctly) will notify me of the order. When the order shows in paypal, HOW does it show? Many of my products are very similar so does it include a picture of the item ordered? or just the names of the items? Just wondering if I need to generate a list of SKU's to put into the names of each item.

I've read through all these posts and I am trying to figure out how I know when I've got an order, when I do the first 2 steps there is an option for Account settings not account information and when I go into that there is nothing about Payment Notification, I've gone through other tabs and cant find that. Also once they have paid how do I know what they have ordered? Do Wix send an email about that? How would I tell on the paypal confirmation what the customers order actually is?

I have just received this information from PayPal - slightly different to the instructions Wix is giving (perhaps just for those using Australian paypal?):
To start receiving Instant payment notifications:
Go to www.paypal.com.au and log in to your account.
Click 'Profile' near the top of the page.
Click 'My selling tools.'
Click 'Update' beside Instant payment notifications.
Click 'Choose IPN Settings.'
This enables you to send information to a URL in one's own website's back end
-- Which URL do I use here??
