If I had known that I could NOT get an email or some kind of invoice stating that an order had been completed on this site, I WOULD NEVER HAVE JOINED!!!!! What kind of bookkeeping methods is a business supposed to use, if you can't even generate an invoice for the customer?!? After reading through the comments in this section, I am furious! I have payments coming into my business Paypal account from multiple sites, and hundreds of transactions per week... What the heck am I supposed to do, log in and click through the ten links required to look at my open orders tab and see if I have anything pending every single day??? This is not just a 'wish list' item, this is a major operating FLAW and it should be at the top of your list to fix!

The PayPal notification guide that is above seems to have changed on PayPal. Its say to put your Notification URL, Would this the website address that is linked with paypal? This is in the IPN section
What if you have more than one Online stores leading to one PP account how will that work?

Hi I would like to be able to get a excel or other document that provides me with a complete list of all orders and theere details, so that I can better manage my purchasing....when I run a pre-order campaign I need to be able to order product based on size,color, etc. however to have to go onto every order to see the details, then track this on a seperate sheet I have to create would be extremely frustrating. Foes Wix's e-commerce store provide that kind of report? If not nd I find aa third party app that does, do I still have to pay for a premium upgrae with you...and their monthly costs both...even though your store does not provide the service I need? Please answer both questions, thank you.

Any way to jump to this quicker? I check orders on a daily basis, and it seems kind of clunky to have to go through the steps suggested: "log into your wix account and then click manage and edit the site you where you store is > on the bottom left you will see online store, click on this and this will take you directly to the store manager"
Also, is there anyway to disable the pop-up 'how to create your online store' video that appears each time?

Wix really should implement an orders notification email ASAP!
I already have PayPal set up to receive notifications, but there is not email from Wix about the order.
This is bad because I am using the coupon feature, but Wix does not communicate the coupon to PayPal, so when I get the notification there appears to be no coupon. THIS IS BAD!!!
Please fix ASAP!

My orders - sale receipt numbers are skipping. it started with 3 then jumped to 6. From 7 it jumped to 19. What happened to 1&2 and 8-18?? Are there sales I'm not seeing - this would be very bad for my business if I cannot fulfill requests because of this. Please advise.

hi there! I have a question that's not listed on your FAQ.
I will be selling restaurant vouchers and other merchant packages (mainly coffee shops, and restaurant dinners)... When a package is sold, will I be billed? or can my merchant receive the payment directly? if so, can I add a 5% kickback?
I would really appreciate a response, as this issue is making me loose sleep. Help please?

Can you please send me a lin to log directly into my WIXSTORE magaer so I don't have to load all the website first when I want to quickly change a products. it is soing us down way to much
We need a eay link in the MYAccount page to go directtly to the stor manager for product changes please help

I just missed 2 orders because paypal did not send me notification. Only way I found out is that customers emailed me... I double checked and searched through old emails ... no notifications were received.
Note: I did get a notification on a previous order. All of the sudden I am not being notified anymore. I did check the setting in paypal. And there is a check mark next to "I receive PayPal Website Payments and Instant Purchase"
I am wondering:
1. is there a quick link/ short cut I can access the Orders page on wix? right now I have to click through so many things just to get to it...
(would be nice if there are direct links to store order on the page where you log in)
2. anyway to setup a notification from wix about new orders?
