You can manage your orders from the Orders tab of the Wix Store Manager. This tab shows you a list of all of your orders.

 

To access the Orders tab: Click your Product Gallery to select it > from the pop-up menu, click Manage Store > select the Orders tab.

 

Note: You can also see your latest orders from your site's dashboard without having to open the Editor!

 

You can find more information about the Orders tab of the Wix Online Store here.

Note: It is not currently possible to receive email notifications when an order is placed in your Online Store, but this is certainly a feature that we are working on. You can vote for this feature in this thread.

    So let me understand, one a customer orders, they are sent to pay pal to complete the transaction including shipping info and charges. Those rules are set up in Wix but completed in Pay pal. Once Pay Pal notifies me of a sale, then I need to fulfill, and check my order tab, correct?

      Hi,

       

      For the orders to show in the orders tab, they need to be shown as completed in PayPal,

       

      To see the status of the order please login to your PayPal account > history > have a look at the status of the order > then if it is showing as completed > click on details and then send us a screen shot of the details page.

      If the status is showing anything else other than completed, please check the meaning directly with PayPal.

    how do you get notified of orders

    i finallu went live and i tried to do a test order by buying one of my items but the purchase went through and everything but i didnt get notified at all how am i supposed to know if i got an order?

      Currently it isn't possible to zoom or enlarge any images in the product gallery but we are already working on adding this feature.

    I was receiving notifications about orders regularly on my email address. Here's an example:

    Hi,

    An order was placed on your online store (vapewest.com.au) and is ready to be fulfilled.

    Click here to review the order.

    Team Wix

    Need help? Visit the Support Center.

    All of the sudden they stopped coming.

    So what's the story: it was possible and now it isn't?? What's going on?

    By the way, the email address I was receiving it from was: no-reply@parastorage.com

      Hi,

       

      This email is usually sent when you have an offline payment option on your online store.

      If you had one before and changed it to Paypal you will no longer receive confirmation emails for purchases.

    why cant wix send customers an email confirming that their order has been received?

    and why doesnt wix offer any kind of reporting for people who have online stores? 

    come on wix, step up your game. your online store is bloody expensive compared to other sites and offers less!!

      Hello,

      As previously stated we are making changes and improvements to our online store including the order management. Currently, when you receive an order you will get an email from PayPal with all the order information. 

       

      You can also see your orders from the Orders tab of the Store Manager or on your merchant account page.

    Hello,

    Is there any way that wix can send customer's emails stating that their order was placed? Is there an option to create that on the back end of the shop? Or do we have to manually email people?

      At the moment your clients will get a notification from PayPal once the payment is completed.

       

      You can see your orders from the Orders tab of the Store Manager or on your merchant account page.

    agreed  -I switched from 3dcart and kinda regretting the move. wix cart has bare bones of features for carts, compared to what I was already paying $19/mo for! PLEASE EVOLVE THIS. this is CRUCIAL.. thx

    Is there anyway to get a customer's phone number?  It has the delivery address in your order page but not much else. Sometimes customers don't put their correct email and we can't contact them. 

    Currently it is linked to pay pal.

      You can add product options from the Store Manager under Options and Inventory. For step-by-step instructions, click here.
       

      Please note: At the moment, you can add up to 2 product options for each product and up to 10 fields under each option. You can find a thread about this wishlist in this thread.

      Hi,

       

      You can add a contact form to your cart page and write a mention like "Please fill the contact form before checking out".

      You can easily add a contact form using the Wix editor: 

       

      1. From the left toolbar, click the Add icon.
      2. From Add , click Apps and then click Contact Form
      3. From the Contact Form Settings window, under Email to, type the email that your site visitors will contact when filling in the form.
      4. Under Email BCC, type an email that will be blind-copied when your visitors fill in the form.

       

      A contact form is added to your site.

       

      You can customize your contact form, which includes changing the style, adding fields, removing fields, and renaming fields. Click here for instructions on how to customize your contact form.

    I move my website from another place here... I am not anymore until you fix the email notifications. That is just ridiculous. It is impossible to make it work unless you only have one order a week.
