You can manage your orders from the Orders tab of the Wix Store Manager. This tab shows you a list of all of your orders.

To access the Orders tab: Click your Product Gallery to select it > from the pop-up menu, click Manage Store > select the Orders tab.

Note: You can also see your latest orders from your site's dashboard without having to open the Editor!

You can find more information about the Orders tab of the Wix Online Store here.

Note: It is not currently possible to receive email notifications when an order is placed in your Online Store, but this is certainly a feature that we are working on. You can vote for this feature in this thread.

How do I cancel orders that have been placed in the on line store but the customer no longer wants?

    Hi,

Is there a way for me to customize the checkout page to include delivery date and time? Also, I only accept orders at least 2 days in advance. Is there way to add that function into the order form?

    Hello,

I have a offline sales option selected for my online store, the major issue is that I have classic cars and want people to send me a form. I filled out all the steps on the drop down menu however, when I test this, no such form for me to fill out appears. How do I set up my site for this to appear

      Hi,

I have also answered you in your second post. You will have to have an ecommerce package in order for the store to work.

Please check out the link below :o)

An answer to this topic can be found in What is the Wix "eCommerce" plan?

When a customer wants to make payments over a certain period of time.

Ie: they place their order make 25% deposit and pay the rest off over 4 weeks for example.

      Hi,

I can see you connected your shopping cart to Paypal merchant account.

Unfortunately, this option is not available through Wix.

You can also contact Paypal support directly and check from their end if such option is possible.

Please keep in mind: Once your customers will click on the ' Checkout  ' button they are redirected to Paypal in order to complete the payment process and all the payment is made through Paypal.

Where was the issue occurring? Were you unable to view the order under the 'Orders' tab in the 'Manage store' section within the editor? Or, was the order not successfully completed? Please clarify.

Also, please include a screenshot of the issue for us to properly understand what exactly has occurred.

    Hello,

How can I set up my store to allow a customer to remove shipping without removing their tax charge so they get be taxed if they are going to order online and then personally pick up their order?

      Hello,

In order to add Tax fees without adding shipping charges to your online store please go to the editor and click the product gallery --> 'Manage Store' --> under 'Tax' make sure that the 'Product price already includes tax' box is unchecked and click 'Add Tax rule' to add tax to products for specific countries.

If you set up a local pick up from your location, simply instruct users to select your location in the drop down menu (and the relevant tax will be applied).

To learn more about adding shipping and tax rules to your store click here

Note: If you have set up shipping and tax options on your merchant account, you will need to remove those settings before using the Store Manager shipping and tax settings.

Ok but I see that the when a user is checking out, when they tax and shipping come down on the same drop down menu, im saying if theres a way to diffrenciate between the two so that someone that want and item shiped can have it shiped and be charged for it, someone who wants it for pock up can select pick up or remove shipping charges or something, and tax charges can still be applied through the calculator without having to add the tax to every product seperatly?

Hi, I would like to know how I can make my online store more efficient for myself. How can I have an automated system that lets buyers know that their order has been confirmed and then one after to let them know their item is shipped/processed?

While it is not currently possible to receive email notifications from Wix, this is certainly a feature that we are working on.

In the meantime, you can set your merchant account to send you these notification emails.
If you are using PayPal, please click here for instructions.
If you are using Authorize.net, please click here for instructions.
With Skrill it isn't possible to send out notifications once a purchase is made.

To read about our feature updates, please click here.

      Hi,

I noticed that you have posted multiple questions on the forum.

In order to receive a more accurate response and to avoid any confusion with overlapping material, please post your question only once.

This will also speed up our response time to you since you will not have to repeat your issue multiple times and explain it to multiple representatives.

As mentioned before, unless you've made any changes in the Paypal settings, it will simply charge the amount that the user saw before he clicked the checkout button in the cart, including handling, shipping, coupons etc... yes.

Let us know if you require further assistance.

      Many thanks, Barrios

So how does Pay Pal calculate shipping? Do they read the rules that I put into Wix? And if pay Pal charges for everything, do they take a percentage that includes the shipping charges?

      Hi,

Paypal has a separate shipping system than your cart - you can use both if you understand it for complex shipping options but It isn't supported or recommended. You generally dont need to use Paypal's shipping at all if you have set up shipping rules in the Manage Store.

    Hello

In Denmark it is not legal to draw the Money from costumers creditcard before you ship the item. How can I make "payment capture" as paypal offers? Please read below:

** “Authorization” means that the bank will verify that the customer has enough funds to make the purchase, and guarantees that those funds will be available for the next three (3) days. However you will still need to actually charge them, in a process known as “payment capture”, later. This is useful if you do not want to charge customers until their item has shipped, for example.****

I have talked to paypal, and they can help us with the problem, if we can use Paypals buttons! Is that possible to use paypals buttons in wix?

      Hello Again

Sorry but this answer doesn´t help me. I already know how to connect to paypal, but I don´t know how to set up the system not to charge customers before I ship their items!!!

Paypal tells me that it is because wix has it´s own paybuttons!!! Paypal also tells me, that they can help me, if wix wll accept that we use the pay button from paypal!!!

1)My question is; How can I make the system not charge the customers creditcard before I ship the item?

2)My other question is, Can we have permission to use paypals paybutton, so they can help me, if you can´t?

      Sincerly Monette
