I already add the PayPal merchant account and when someone try to purchase they get the following message.
The seller accepts encrypted website payments only. You cannot pay the seller through un-encrypted buttons. Please contact your seller for more details.

I would like you to bring some sense and finality to the questions about using PayPal to take payments from customers using only their credit card and not having to login to PayPal or sign up with PayPal. Please do not ay consult other "best answers" as part of other threads or however you state it. Give a precise answer or two here.
It seems your wix add to cart buttons do not send the right data to PayPal and if they did, it would work as required. In a previous post to wix in this thread or topic, this was the response from PayPal:
"I checked your website (www.yovogue.co.uk), and the funds you are receiving on your PayPal account, and it appears that your have a "3rd party shopping cart" button (by this they will mean wix is a third party shopping cart) on your website, but funds are being processed through PayPal as "Express checkout." (The wix user told you he set his merchant account up with PayPal as Business which does not want to receive the "Express" request.)
When using an "Express checkout." feature via PayPal, your customer (the user of the wix site) must log in or create a PayPal account to make a payment, thus from the word itself as "Express checkout."
This 'possibly' explains why your (the wix user) customer does not have an option to buy from your website using only their card as a Guest.
To allow a card funded payment (without logging in on PayPal) from your customers, please change your PayPal payment solution from your website from "Express checkout" to "PayPal website payment standard as a Shopping cart button."
You can advise your web developer to update the payment solution on your website.
(The PayPal response to the wix user also stated the following)
Then, here is how you can create a "Shopping cart button" and integrate on your website:
Go to www.paypal.com.au and log in to your account.
Click 'Profile' near the top of the page.
Click 'My selling tools.'
Click 'Update' beside 'PayPal buttons.'
Click 'Create new button' under 'Related Items.'
Select 'Shopping Cart' for the button type.
Customise your button and click 'Create Button.'
Click 'Select Code,' and copy and paste the button code into your HTML code.
You should create a separate 'Add to Cart' button for each item you're selling on your website."
It seems that wix need to check their interface from wix to PayPal when the Checkout button is pressed to ensure it does not send an "Express" request.
Will you now tell us if the Wix PayPal solution for credit card payments only does work and if not what will you do about it? (Do not say well Authorize.net works - Wix has been claiming PayPal works for credit cards only<)

I am based in South Africa and would like to accept credit card payments.
We have something called payfast here but its not an option on your site. Is there anyway of adding this option?
Or can you suggest an option other than the offline payments that will work for me as I cant seem to find one.

PayPal does not allow customers to use their credit card without prompting them to create a paypal account. I have tried it with someone's wix online store, after I clicked to pay, I have been directed to the paypal website and I had two options. "Pay with my paypal account" and "Create a paypal account", as you can check from the screenshot below.
I cannot use "Authorize.net" either, since it does not assist my country (Turkey).
Any suggestions for me to create an online store which supports paying with credit cards?
