Offline payments enable you to accept payment options other than credit cards (i.e. cash, check, bank transfer, wire transfer, etc.). When a customer places an order from your online store, you will receive an email containing the order information and their contact details. Contact them to finalize the order and arrange the method of payment.

To select the Offline Payments method: Click the Product Gallery to select it > from the pop-up menu, click Manage Store > click the Payment & Currency tab.

Under Payment Method, select Offline Payment > fill in the relevant information > click Save.

    I read your questions and professional answers and I still don't understand why we have to deal with something that is MORE trouble and no one knows how to use this offline method! And why not being able to have 2-3 options including PAY cash ON DELIVERY(POD), so as our client can choose! For example this month someone pays via paypal, next month cash on delivery, and so on! EXCUSE me for saying this but EVERY OTHER PLATFORM has multiple ways of payment!!! When we pay 16$ a month, and work hard on building our eshop we want real services, not a service that trouble us more than ever!!!

      I'm not sure I fully understand. Please elaborate on what are you trying to achieve.

    YEHEY!!! So happy to see this! When I started wix, this feature is non-existent! Hehe. I have one concern though. Can customers choose either one? PayPal or offline? So if I decided to pay offline, I can, or if I change my mind and pay now via card, I can checkout via PayPal? 

    I hope I made sense. I just need to know if both features are possible at the same time so any customers can order or pay anyway they want.

      Currently this option isn't possible. You can choose only one payment option for your online store.

    I recomend that the payment option will be ruled per page.

    I.e if the payer bought at the page "Submit your order", the payment method will be: offline purches 

    on the other end if the buyer bought at the page "Order now" the payment method will be: pay pal or any other payment method.

    I can see that you do not have an e-commerce package. You will have to have one in order to complete a purchase.

    What if you are using Offline payment?? They should still receive a confirmation message or email!!

    Cant Checkout


    I am currently trying to set up a account using the offline payment option. I am doing a test run of it and it does not work, I add a item to my cart and after that I do not get anywhere, I do not see the form to fill out my contact information so that I may correspond with a customer. Also the checkout button does not work. As a result my entire online store is a bit of a jumbled mess. How do I resolve this issue? Thank you.

    Delivery instead of shipping

    Some of my goods can only be delivered to the customers, is there a delivery option?  I like Wix's product gallery and do not want to use third party app like Restaurant Delivery Pickup.  It will be great if Wix has that.

      This doens't help.  The above instruction is all about offline payment.  I still prefer customers to pay online before I deliver the goods.  And I want to be able to choose from shipping (ex. cookies) or delivery (ex. cakes).

      In order to learn how to add shipping rules to your site, please follow the instructions here under the "shipping" tab.

      Please note that we do not handle deliveries. You will have to contact an external service for this.

    Does this kind of store, with offline payment only, cost like a regular e-store (16$ monthly according to the premium menu) ??

      Thank you for your query.

      Yes, you will need to purchase an eCommerce package also if you will only use the offline payment method. 

      That is because you will need an eCommerce package in order to make your store live.

    As nicole (wix team) said offline payment works only with desktop version and not works with mobile site, it says error message...


    Please help me with this issue....
