If you created an Online Store before January 24th, 2013, your Shopping Cart may not support the new coupon feature. To use coupons, please delete your old shopping cart and checkout button and add the Shopping Cart again.

 

To add the Shopping Cart: From the left side of the Editor, click the Add icon > click Online Store > click Shopping Cart.
 

Once your customer adds an item to the cart they will then see the option to add a coupon. They should click on Apply to activate the coupon.

    Hiya

    I'm also having the same problem. I just created the coupon 'Newsletter' as a 10% discount and when I tested it on my site, it shows 'Newsletter $0.00'.  So it's like it recognises the coupon code, but does not apply the discount.  I am using a MAC/Safari and cleared my cache like as noted above, but it still is not working.  I have the coupon 'online' and a starting date of today.  Can you please see if there is a problem from your end? www.thewildearthhamperco.com.au.

    I can't remember when I started building my site, but if I have to remove my store and add another, does that mean I have to create all my product listings again?! That would be really painful and time consuming!!

    Please let me know ASAP if you can provide a solution to this issue as I'm having an end of financial year promo (Australia's fin year ends 30 June) and so I want to advertise the promo ASAP.

      -May we ask for your time in sending us specific details as to the nature of the difficulties you are experiencing?
      -Please provide us with a detailed outline of the steps you have taken until this point, so we may replicate the process from our end in finding a solution.
      -Where do you see it on your site, i.e. what page?
      -What component in the editor is causing the problem (i.e. text box)?

      *Please include screen shots, if possible.

    My coupon wont work, always get 0.00

      I am unable to reproduce the issue, as you have set the item to off line as they go on sale on the 31st March

       

      When they do go please make sure that the start date of the coupon will be the correct date and not a later one, i.e as your tickets go on sale on the 31st May make sure they are active from then and not like 5th June.

    I have just added a coupon to my site and see no button to apply so therefore no discount of 20% is applied. Why?

      Sorry correction. I have added a coupon to my site and after you push the apply button 20% is not taken off the total.

    Hi,

    I have just created a coupon code sale413 and when i tested it on my website the coupon amount still shows as 0.00.

      Hey

       

       I have just viewed your site again and can see that by adding the coupon you then have to press APPLY then as you can see there is a AUS$ - 44.00 discount applied

    I also am having problems with my coupons applying. Same story as the previous customer...

    Some examples of my voucher codes are launch15 and spend200.

      I have just viewed your site http://www.lizinoz.com and used the code launch15 and as you can see from the image below that the code worked

      When you enter the coupon code you need to click apply for it to work.
