If you created an Online Store before January 24th, 2013, your Shopping Cart may not support the new coupon feature. To use coupons, please delete your old shopping cart and checkout button and add the Shopping Cart again.

 

To add the Shopping Cart: From the left side of the Editor, click the Add icon > click Online Store > click Shopping Cart.
 

Once your customer adds an item to the cart they will then see the option to add a coupon. They should click on Apply to activate the coupon.

      Hey

       

       If you click on the coupon while in the editor you have entered limit as 1

      please change the to unlimited and the coupon will work

    HI THERE, MY COUPON CODES ARE NOT WORKING.. SOME ARE COMING UP AS $0.00 BUT THE NAME STILL COMES UP AND OTHERS JUST ARENT WORKING AT ALL.. CAN SOMEONE PLEASE HELP US ASAP.. WE ARE LOSING SALES BECAUSE OF THIS. I HAVE DELETED AND RE-ADDED THE CART TOO AND THAT DIDNT WORK!!

    Hello, 

     

    My coupon will work on the desktop but not on mobile devices. It seems on mobile devices, the shipping and sales tax are not applicable there for the coupon is greater/equal to value of the sale. 

    Please let me know how we can fix this issue asap!

      Please note that coupons will only work for a buyer when the coupon value is worth less than the value of the product that they are applied to.

      Hi

      If you go to the store manager you will see that this coupon is of line which is why it is no working.

      I just set it offline. Before this it was online and it's not working. I am having the same problem for the other coupon: NICOLE$50 too

      Hey

      Please note that coupons will only work for a buyer when the coupon value is worth less than the value of the product that they are applied to.

      When I added products worth more than the value of this coupon, the discount was applied, as you can see from the screenshot below:

    Hi,

    I have the same problem, Coupon is showing 0 value. Please fix this as I have already launched our Seasonal promotion but the discount code is not working. I am losing business every hour.

    Hello, I've set up a coupon and it applies it but shows zero as the discount.  Website is www.vitalrain.com, please advise.  I've tried to delete and re-add a different code a few times and nothing works.

      Apologies but I need your help to advise again as I have set the coupon to be wet today which is 14th December 2013 but it is still invalid when I login to try apply the code. I have already saved the changes and publish it.
