If you created an Online Store before January 24th, 2013, your Shopping Cart may not support the new coupon feature. To use coupons, please delete your old shopping cart and checkout button and add the Shopping Cart again.

 

To add the Shopping Cart: From the left side of the Editor, click the Add icon > click Online Store > click Shopping Cart.
 

Once your customer adds an item to the cart they will then see the option to add a coupon. They should click on Apply to activate the coupon.

    Really needing a response soon. Looks like lots of people have the same issue as me. I have tried the codes on 3 different computers and all don't work. Attached is the screenshot. doc1.pdf

    Can this please be looked into ASAP- we are all paying to use this site so it should function in the way we expect it to.

    Hi,

    Kindly assist by inspecting my website. I am looking forward to launching the code tomorrow.

    I am able to enter the coupon code and it shows the name correctly, but it only shows $0.00. I have deleted and reinstalled both my shopping cart and the cart button.  I have also cleaned my computer cache in Chrome (Ctrl+Shift+Del and follow the instructions).

      Please note that I was unable to replicate the issue in which you have reported on my end. I have accessed your site > added a product to the shopping cart > proceeded to the checkout page and applied the coupon "1001" which seems to work perfectly:

    I'm having the same issue, have tried numerous codes for discounts and none work. They all say the discount name, but don't actually lower the price. My website is bibsandbunting.com

    My coupon code is not working as well. I have tried since last night. Please help. I type in the code and the name shows up but no discount!

      Hi,

       

      Thanks for contacting us.

      I have accessed you editor and noticed that your coupon is set to 100% discount.

      It isn't possible to have a 100% discount since you are using a gateway (i.e Paypal) and need to charge at least a minimum amount of money.

      If you'll set the coupon to anything less than the 100% discount it should work properly.

    My code is also not working when you try and use it in the cart it comes up the the name but doesnt take the discount off. Help please!

    I have problems with the coupon code.  The shopping cart shows a code and apply spot, but showed no discount. I have deleted shopping cart and cleaned cache, but it till is not working.

      Please note that you have not added a Shopping Cart to your hompage, where your Add to cart button is linked.

       

      Note that the code you are attempting to insert is incorrect. By going to Manage Store, you can see you have insert the code's name, not the code itself.
