If you created an Online Store before January 24th, 2013, your Shopping Cart may not support the new coupon feature. To use coupons, please delete your old shopping cart and checkout button and add the Shopping Cart again.

 

To add the Shopping Cart: From the left side of the Editor, click the Add icon > click Online Store > click Shopping Cart.
 

Once your customer adds an item to the cart they will then see the option to add a coupon. They should click on Apply to activate the coupon.

    My code is also not working when you try and use it in the cart it comes up the the name but doesnt take the discount off. Help please!

    I have problems with the coupon code.  The shopping cart shows a code and apply spot, but showed no discount. I have deleted shopping cart and cleaned cache, but it till is not working.

      Please note that you have not added a Shopping Cart to your hompage, where your Add to cart button is linked.

       

      Note that the code you are attempting to insert is incorrect. By going to Manage Store, you can see you have insert the code's name, not the code itself.

    Hi my coupon is not working on my store. I get the error code 1020. I have tried my phone and another computer and it is not working on any of them. The code is 30OFF to get 30% off. Can you please take a look for me thanks. www.opheliaking.com

    I am having problems with the coupon code.  The shopping cart shows a code and apply spot, but does not compute the discount.  I have deleted and reinstalled both my shopping cart and the cart button, but still no luck.  I have also cleaned my computer cache with no difference. 

    Please help as this code begins today!

      Hi,

      I tried applying the coupon code when checking out from your store and it worked properly.

      In the screenshot below you can see that I selected two items with a sub total of 37.94, including shipping it supposed to be 53.4$, and when applying the coupon the total dropped to 42.35$ .

      After you purchase a Yearly Wix premium plan (Combo, Unlimited or eCommerce), your vouchers will be available in your account.

      To access your vouchers: Sign in to your Wix account > from the top menu, click Subscriptions > under Manage Premium, click Vouchers.

       

      For instructions on using promotional codes, click here.


      Note: Your free domain voucher will appear as soon as you purchase a plan that includes this promotion. However your Facebook Ads and Google Adwords vouchers will only appear in the Vouchers section after 48 hours.
