To find and edit account details such as Username, email address and password: Sign in to your Wix account > hover over the user panel at the top right of the page > click Account Settings.


To view and edit your billing information such as invoices and payment details: Sign in to your Wix account > at the top right of the page, hover over the user panel > click Billing & Payments.

    I just changed my password en my e-mail in my account information, and now my website has completely disappeared and my account says I don't have a website and that my username is jetskevanderwouden, which it's not, it's jetvdw. Uh, what's going on? Id' like my website/account back please.

      In order for us to assist you please elaborate on your question.


      Do you wish to see the billing information?

      To view your premium plan (or domain) invoices: Sign in to your Wix account > at the top right of the page, hover over the user panel > click Billing & Payments.

      Next to the relevant plan (or domain), click Manage > next to Invoices, click View Invoices > click the invoice to open it > press Ctrl + P to print the invoice.


      Note: To save the invoice as a PDF file, after pressing Ctrl + P, next to Destination, click Change > select Save as PDF.

      Please elaborate, are you not seeing your site under your user account? is the site there but content is missing from it? Provide us with more information so we can help you to the best of our ability.

      Thank for your help, but I was able to find my content.  I was panicking at first bc when I would log in all I saw was a blank template. Everything is good, but thank u again!

      Hey Lisa, 


      With the HTML App you can add your own HTML code or embed another site onto your Wix site.


      To add the HTML App: From the left side of the Editor, click the Wix App Market icon > in the App Market search, type "HTML embed" > click Add to Site.

      Click the HTML App to select it > from the pop-up menu, click Settings > under Mode, choose HTML Code or Website address > enter the code/address > click Update.


      Note: Take a minute to read through the Known Issues & Limitations of the HTML iFrame/Embed App before using it.

    When I login it says that I do not have any pages when I do. My webpage is http://estherlproductions.wix.com/elpr

    Hi there I have another free account but I am having difficulty accessing it. 

    I cannot remember the user name I used but I think I can remember the password.

      You can change your credit card number, billing name and billing address simply by entering Wix.com -> My Account -> Manage Premium -> Under Packages click on Manage -> Next to Payment method click on Update Payment Method.

      You have 2 accounts- the (empty) one from which you sent this query (has a Yahoo login email)- and the one that has the site in it (has a gmail login email).

      If you wish to recover your login details, we need to  verify that you are the true owner by answering the following:


      -How many sites your account had? 
      -How many deleted sites did you have in your account? 
      -What is the (estimated) date you've registered your account? 
      -What is the (estimated) date you've last saved your documents?
