If you have forgotten the password to your Wix account, please click the Forgot Password link in the Sign In window. An email will be sent to you with instructions and a link to reset your password.

 

If you use Firefox or Chrome and you allowed your browser save your passwords, you can try follow the instructions below to retrieve your password:
Firefox: Open Options > click Security > click Saved Passwords.
Chrome: Open Options > click Settings > click Show advanced settings at the bottom of the page > under Passwords and forms, click Manage Passwords > click www.wix.com > click Show.

 

If you are still unable to sign in, please follow the steps below:

1. clear your browser cache, close the browser and open it again. Go back to the password reset email and click the link > click Load Anyway on the security warning that pops up. 
 

2. Make sure your cookies aren't blocked in your browser. If you have blocked your cookies you won't be able to use Wix. You can learn more about controlling your cookies here.

 

If you are still unable to sign in, it's possible that, when creating your account, your email address was typed incorrectly. To find out if this is the case, please send us your username and the URL of your Wix site so that we can assist you further.

    Hi,

    My website is culinary-tales.com and I can't seem to login. Each time I use the password reset link, the site tells me that my email address (projectssydneyenactus@gmail.com) is unregistered. I am still receiving emails from Wix to that address so can you please help me with this? It is quite urgent. Thanks.

    I am unable to access my WIx here at  http://manocha2121.wix.com/drmocha although I am sure this is the account to the website.

      The site is under another account- using a hotmail login email, not ymail.

    my email address is

    airport@gmail.com  but I forgot my password for my email and my wix account

    will you be able to send me my new password to different email so I can

    access my wix account if so for the airport@gmail.com password send to

    tnccars@yahoo.com so I can edit my wix account hope you can help

    Hi. I created a site #1 SOUTH AFRICAN PROPERTIES. It was successfully published BUT now I am trying to add onto the site and I can't seem to do it. Please help.....this is frustrating.

      I apologize, but I'm not quite sure what your mean by add. 

      Are you unable to access the site's editor? If so, please clear your browser's cache. You can find step by step instructions here.

      Should the issue persist, please try using different browsers and internet connections, to help us isolate the issue. The editor loads perfectly on my end.

      If I misunderstood your question, I apologize. Please let us know, and provide us with further information regarding the issue you are experiencing.

      1) Please provide us with a detailed description of the steps that you have taken so far so that we can replicate the process on our end and assist in finding a solution.
      2) Please provide us with more information about the location of the problem on your site, i.e. on what page can it be found?
      3) Which component in the editor are you having trouble with, i.e. the text box?
       

      *Please make sure to include a screen shot, if possible.

    I used an old Facebook account to create my WIX site, I had issues with someone stalking me on there, and I ended up closing the FB account down and I had forgotten that I used that account to edit my site. I need to update the site but can't access it as the Facebook account no longer exists! help! I don't want to have to start all over again!
