To delete a site: Sign in to your Wix account > click My Sites > next to the relevant site, click Manage Site > on the right, under Handy Shortcuts, click Show More > click Delete Site.


Note: Deleting a site does not cancel your premium plan or delete your account.

    I want to update my old site to the newer html version instead of the flash. Can I do that and still keep my premium package?

      Unfortunately you can not convert your flash site to an HTML site. However You can create an HTML site from one of our many great templates here.


      If you can create the HTML site under the same account as the flash site, you will be able to transfer the premium plan from your flash site to your HTML site.

    Hi: I want to change my website to make it more easy and structured and use a different template. What to I do ? I want to keep the same HSerenity and everything but change the design

      I would recommend using the HTML5 Editor to create your new site, however, you will need to recreate it.

      You can create your HTML site now by clicking 'Templates' and choosing an HTML template. For more information on how to get started, click here.


      The other option is to edit the current site you have and re-design it.

    This sequence didn't work for me. I canceled my account online months ago but was billed $99 anyway for the renewal. I am trying to request a refund. It is impossible to contact customer service. Someone please contact me lpriest28@gmail.com thx

    how do i delete draft site

    I have two draft sites which i no longer need. They are not published. how do i delete these?

    Hi there.

    I also asked about the domain name as I do not require the domain either. I want all references to the site and to any Wix connection to disappear.

    Hi there.

    I am trying to delete the site I own www.lg-consultancy.com but unable to do so. I have cancelled the premium subscription but it looks like I can't delete the site until the 13th July when the next invoice is due. I need this site deleting urgently, can you please delete immediately for me?

      Simply go to My account > Subscriptions > Premium plans > Unassign the plan from your site and then you should be able to delete it.

    Deleting a website

    Can you tell me how to delete one of the websites I have created? I want to delete it from my account and also from the web. I have deleted an old one previously and when you put the domain in it comes up with a Wix message. http://colinmeaden.wix.com/chelttm

    Does this have to happen? I do not require the domain either. I want all references to it to disappear.
