      Hi,

To move your premium status to another Wix document, simply click on "Packages" on the top bar on your "My Account" tab -> Click on "Transfer" under "Wix Site" -> choose the site you want the premium status to be transferred to.

Please note that you will have to attach your domain to your updated document. You can do it via the Domain Manager when clicking on "Domains" on the top bar on your "My Account" tab -> Click "Manage" next to your domain -> Click "Change" next to "Wix Site" and choose the relevant site.

You can find more information here.

      Best regards.

I just made a duplicate of my website but only a few of each product are there!  Many many products are missing from the galleries...

    Any idea why?
How can I copy the whole thing?
    Thanks,

      The list goes on....
      Should I list them all?

Is this a painstaking process for Wix staff to get them all to load?

I've only duplicated the website so I can try an experiment without wrecking my first website.  I have a major problem with shipping by weight not being able to be calculated, I'm trying an idea but I have my doubts it's going to work out.

So if I could just have ONE gallery replenished in the new "-WPS" site with all it's content - just the Raw Materials one, I can try out the experiment on that one and come back to get the rest loaded if the idea is going to work...

      Would it slow it down?

      Hi,

Creating a site with 300+ pages will work, but you will definitely experience loading issues due to the amount of pages.

What exactly are you trying to achieve? maybe we could be of some help on the matter.

      Best regards.

      Hi, thanks,
I've been trying to get help on the matters for months.

Many of my products being sold are selected for purchase according to quantity/weight via a drop down menu in the product page.

I've been hoping to get your development people to rig it so the weight of the item that the customer selects gets included with the weight total for shipping.   I can't just enter one weight in the weight box for all items on each product page, as you can see.

I was asking if Wix Developers could please create a drop down menu expressly for weight as one of the product set up options.  And rig it so that the weight value the customer selects from that menu will end up in the weight box or added to the weight total somehow.

This happens for the price of an item selected from a drop down menu entering into the cart, why can't it be done for the weight?

Yes it has been put the wish list, months ago, and recently.
I was told, as a solution, to create a new page for every product with a gallery just for that product alone, so that each different weight is entered separately as a separate product.  That way I can enter the single weight value into the weight box.  For shipping total.

But that's a hell of lot of pages...
I already have a lot of pages and galleries (apart from this additional 300 that it would take to do this)

      Hello,

Please note that with a high volume of data, such as in your site, the Wix e-store or other generic ecommerce solution might not exactly fit your needs - even tough we try our best so that our solutions will have sufficient customization options.

Feel free to add your feature request to our Wish List by posting here.

      Thank you...
      I'm painfully aware of that.
If the developers would make a product drop down menu option for selecting shipping weight then the problem would be solved.

Which is likely to slow the website more? -

      1.  making more pages with more galleries - a page for every product and then it's own gallery of approx 5 or 6 items to display each size sold

      or

      2.  adding more items to existing galleries - e.g. galleries with 200 products in them (due to listing the different sizes as separate products)

      Hey,

I would suggest going with option number one. Since having many pages in your website might take more time for your editor to load, it will still provide a better browsing experience for your visitors. Options number two will have your visitors wait a while for this amount of products to load.

Please don't hesitate to contact us again. Nat

      Hi Claire,
I AM going to need my galleries fully copied after all (see the long list above) - I tried to duplicate my html_wps-test   website but none of the shop galleries fully copied.

-WPS   is the copy I need completed.

I thought I'd go ahead and try making separate pages for every product so they each have their own gallery dispaying each weight as a separate product while I wait for Wix developers to get the chance to make a drop down menu option that will register shipping weight.

I'll give the huge website version a go and just hope it's not tooooo slow!

      Hi!

You can now create a copy of your site yourself! Simply go to   My Account, clicking  Manage & Edit Site and then clicking   Duplicate Site. For more information, click   here, or watch the video tutorial below.

You do not need to create a second account to your new site, as we don't limit the amount of sites you can have under each account. However, if you wish to connect a domain to the new site, it will require its own individual upgrade, as each package can be assigned to one site only!

I hope this helps! Please feel free to contact us again for any future assistance!
