You can find all of your billing information and more simply by clicking on My Sites > click the user panel on the top right of the page > click Billing & Payments. From there, you can view and print invoices, change credit card details, as well as cancel premium packages.

    Hi! I can´t find the editor, I really need to upgrade my portfolio... it only says that I don´t have any site but I do!!  http://dulcecienfuego3.wix.com/dul100#!portraits/c199t

      For free Users: The format of the free Wix site URL is username.wix.com/sitename.
      You can find your URL simply by clicking on Settings inside your editor > Site Address. You will find your URL under "Your Site Address is:".

      For Premium Users: If you have upgraded your site and want to view it with your own domain, please click  here for instructions.

      You can find your created site simply by clicking on My Account.

    I do not have a "My Account" tab on my wix site, there is only Preview, Save, Publish, Upgrade and  ?

      Hi jhein3,

      It appears that you are in your editor, to view the "My Account" menu tab simply return to the Wix website. If you go to www.wix.com and log in you will see "My Account" in the menu at the top of the page.

    I need to talk to somebody about my site. I can not find it and I need the direction the url is pointing. This is awful not being able to get assistance.

      Please log out of this account, then log back in using another email.

      If you don't know which email that is - please let us know what your site's URL/domain name is.

      If this is a premium account- for security verification- please reply with the following info:

      1. Last 4 digits of credit card used in this account

      2. Full name and address of card owner

      If there is no premium package in the account- If you wish to recover your login details, we would also need to  verify that you are the true owner by answering the following:

       

      -How many sites your account had? 
      -How many mobile website did you have? 
      -How many Facebook templates did you have? 
      -What is the (estimated) date you've registered your account? 
      -What is the (estimated) date you've last saved your documents?

    None of these responses help if the account is missing.  I cannot access my account - I get a default account with none of my web page information and wrong account name.  I need someone to look at my account and tell me what happened.  How do I contact someone?  I've been using the site for quite a while and never had this happen before.

    @konyalaramreddy, to start editing your site again, go to Wix.com > Log in with the details you signed up with > then click on the tab "My Account" at the top > now you should be able to see a list of all your saved sites > simply click on the site you want to start editing > and click "Edit" > your editor will open. 

     

    Remember to SAVE your site often so you do not lose any work.

    Your website is pointing to the wrong IP address.

    Please contact your domain host and ask them to point your domain to the IP address you see here
