    The Website URL is MyPZA.com and my email is scott@scottybeans.com. I have clicked on "forgot password" and reset the password and yet it still won't let me in.

      The email address is correct, please try using that button again and also check your email account's spam or trash folder, it may have been automatically directed there by your email aservice.

    i can't login with my email Dirty_RascalzMusic@yahoo.com for the website i just created http://dirtyrascalzmusic.wix.com/dirtyrascal and it keeps telling me that my email isn't registered

    Hi,

    I can't log in anymore with my e-mail adress beversetc@gmail.com to make changes on our website beversetc.wix.com/denbostest#.

    I'm sure about the use of the address end password.  After trying a lot of times I created a new account with this e-mail address but the website is not linked with this.

    Is it possible to make a link between the website and my e-mailaddress please?

    I am unable to login to my page.

     

    My business is Almeida Photography.  I had my password reset to the email reannaalmeida@gmail.com

     

    Every time I have reset the password and login it shows a completely different username and that there has been no site created.

     

    Please help!!

      Please note- If you are having problems with resetting your password, please follow these steps:
       
      If you use Firefox or Chrome and you let your browser save your passwords, you can try to retrieve your login details.
      For Firefox, go to Options --> Security --> Saved Passwords.
      For Chrome, go to Options --> Settings--> click on "Show advanced settings" on the bottom of the page --> under Passwords and forms, click Manage Saved Passwords -> click apassword -> Show.

    It says that my email is not associated with an account on Wix.com. My email is chrisjjoness@gmail.com and the name of the site/account was under Capital Relief Group. Please help me login.

    I am trying to access my account for a website we have with you. Our website is http://coachwake.wix.com/carnegie-football but we cannot log in with the email we thought was correct. Could you please find which email is associated with this site because we would like to upgrade our package with you.

    I'm not sure what to do. I have moved my site to another service and am waiting for the DNS changes to apply. Now I am trying to log into my Wix account to cancel it as well as the monthly fee I am charged for 123 Contact. My website is/was voxpoten.com (it may revert to a free version or something when the DNS changes). My original email address was voxpoten at gmail.com, but it says that is not a registered email. I may have changed it to my newer email, dan (at) voxpoten.com. When I use that email it logs me in but says I don't have any sites or products. The other email addresses I can think of don't work either. I have old Wix emails confirming my account in voxpoten at gmail.com, but again, it's not working.

    So, I need to know how to get into my account as soon as possible so I do not get charged again.  Thanks for you help!

    Like some of the others, I cannot login to my account at all. It was working fine Tuesday night, but since then, I get an "oops" error every time I login. The email associated with the site is minadskitchen@gmail.com. I have already tried all the steps mentioned to rectify this (clearing cache, allowing cookies from this site, etc) but none of them worked. If I try "forgotten password" the "oops" error comes back. Chrome and IE give me the same errors. I was able to login on Firefox (with the same email and password), but every time I attempt to make changes, it locks up (whole other box of issues). I couldn't even post this without using Firefox, which I can't stand to use, to login. So what do I need to do, now?

      Thanks for the reply. It was the antivirus that was interfering with it. Once I disabled it, I was able to log in.

      So yesterday I was able to log in and once again I can't. The antivirus is disabled for it and I get errors again. This is getting beyond frustrating now. I've cleared the cache and done all the other steps listed. Firefox works, sort of, Chrome(Version 35.0.1916.114 m) and IE(Version 9.0.8112.16421) don't. I am running Windows Vista

      Your account and site come up just fine from our end (the food looks delicious by the way!), You have Windows Vista, if possible it is better to update or upgrade it, only if possible. You can use Firefox to edit the site but you can also try using Chrome on incognito mode. Please tell us if and what worked.

      Working in the incognito mode in Chrome didn't work. It's not recognizing my username. When I tried to do forgotten password, it gives me the error again. Everything is up to date and upgrading is not an option right now. The problem I have with using Firefox is that when I upload images it gets stuck on the loading screen. I let it sit for 30 minutes one time and all it did was have the spinning image. Not acceptable. I don't quite understand why it works one day and not the next

      If it does not come up in 3 minutes it will not come up at all, no reason to wait longer. We can't recreate this issue on our end, it must be something with your computer. Please try to update your Vista, not upgrade it to Windows 7 or 8, just system update it, also please try to update internet browsers to make sure you have updated versions.

       

      Regarding the incognito mode on Chrome not recognizing you, that is strange, incognito mode has no bearing on your ability to log into an account. Make sure to use the corrcet registered email address and the correct password.
