      Hello,

       

      I was able to open your editor without issues. What happens when you try to edit your site? Do you receive any kind of error? Have you tried clearing your browser's cache? Have you tried editing your site using a different browser or a different device? Please let us know.

    The domain name of the website I built on Wix was gospsauto.com I recently tried to log in, but it said that my email address or password was wrong, and then when I tried to reset the password it said that my email address is unregistered. So I then tried to sign up as a new user using the same email address to see if it would say that it's already registered, but it created a brand new account. Have I lost access to my website now? Is there anything that can be done to get my account back?

      Hey,

       

      Please note that your account is registered with the email address: dsinishtaj@gmail.com.

       

      Please use the 'forgot password' option in the Login button:

       
      1. Go to Wix.com.
      2. Click Login/Sign Up.
      3. From the Login screen, under Password, click Forgot password.
      4. From the Forgot Your Password? screen, in the Email: field, type the email that you use to login to Wix.
      5. Click GO.
       
      An email will be sent to you with instructions and a link to update your password.
       
      If you use Firefox or Chrome, and you allowed your browser to save your passwords, you can try to retrieve your login details:
       
      For Firefox, go to Options --> Security --> Saved Passwords.
      For Chrome, go to Options --> Personal Stuff --> Manage Saved Passwords.

      Thanks for your prompt response, unfortunately the problem is that it's my email address that is the problem.  When I attempt to retrieve my password it says that my email address is unregistered.  Is there any way I can retrieve my webpage?

      If you are trying to login with dsinishtaj@gmail.com and getting an 'unregistered' message please follow these steps:

       

      While browsing on the web, your computer and browser stores various information. This build up of information can sometimes cause conflict.

      Please clear your browser's cache. You can find step by step instructions here.
       

      Please note that clearing your browser's cache will not resolve all issues.

      We also recommend you to try and use different browsers and see if there is any difference.

      Wix supports all major browsers (including IE, Firefox, Google Chrome and Safari), and all of those browsers support the ability to export favorites and bookmarks to the newly installed browser.

    Hi Wix Team,

    I've had a Wix account since 2011 registered with thleiper@gmail.com with one published site: http://312apartments.wix.com/. I recently tried to log in, but said that my email address or password was wrong, and then when I tried to reset the password it said that my email address is unregistered. So I then tried to sign up as a new user using the same email address to see if it would say that it's already registered, but it created a brand new account. Have I lost access to my website now? Is there anything that can be done to get my account back?

    Hey Alon,

    Thanks for your reply, unfortunately I can't do that as the email address "kirsty@fundamentalfitnesswaiuku.com" was deleted when my subscription to this email expired.. Is there anything else I can do?

      the fact that the actual e-mail address doesn't exists won't prevent form you to login to your Wix account. 

      Once you'll login, you'll be able to change the e-mail address of your account via the your user controls

    Hey Wix team..

    I have recently changed my domain name from fundamentalfitnesswaiuku.com to crossfitwaiuku.com. I deleted my subscription for my "@fundamentalfitnesswaiuku.com" and purchased kirsty@crossfitwaiuku.com but forgot that my login/account name was still under kirsty@fundamentalfitnesswaiuku.com and now i am locked out of my website! Please help!!

      if you're the owner of the e-mail address "kirsty@fundamantalfitnesswaiuku.com" you can simply use the "forgot password" option in via the login page in order to restart your account's password.

    I am a new admin for www.premierbilliardscoralsprings.com and was able to login to wix.com but no site is associated with the e-mail address premierbilliards@live.com.

    Can you please verify what e-mail IS associated with our website?

    Hello Wix team,

    I created a Wix account on February 11, 2014 with the e-mail "k10zb01@kzoo.edu" and bought a domain for a site I created on Wix with that account on May 31, 2014. My domain is:

    www.zoebeaudry.com

    Today, I tried to log on to my account to edit my site and it seems to have disappeared! When I try to log on to my account, I get a message that no account exists with that e-mail (k10zb01@kzoo.edu). What happened to my account? I paid for one year's worth of account services and I do have the invoice for it.

      The domain is registered with the email: zoebeaudry@gmail.com.

      You can use it to reset your password in case you have forgotten it.

      User name : nicolere19      Email : NicoleRE1@hotmal.com

      To update your email address, please sign in using the above email and  click My Sites > hover over the user panel at the top right of the page and click Account Settings > update your email address in the email field.

      If you forgot your password please go to this page for instructions on how to reset it.

      When I log into this email it does not let me edit my website, it says that I do not have a site created under NicoleRE1@hotmail.com.... Also it says the username is NicoleRE1 not NicoleRE19

      Please note there is no Wix account under the email: NicoleRE19@hotmail.com.

       

      Please note that the email above I have provided is misspelled NicoleRE1@hotmal.com, note there is a "i" missing in the hotmail, while there is the account you are currently writing from with the missing "i" (which is indeed empty of websites).

       

      Make sure to copy paste this address and login.

       

      To change your username, email and password, go to My Sites, hover over the user panel and click Account Settings. Update your details in the relevant fields.

      To change your billing details (such as: credit card, address, etc.), go to My Sites and hover over the user panel at the top right of the page, click Billing and Payments. Next to the relevant plan, click Manage.

    Hello,

     

    The email dino.didiodoro@remax.net I had associated with my website www.calgarycityhomes.ca is no longer valid. The password I thought was correct is not and I cannot retrieve the correct password because of the invalid email. The email I'd like to have associated with this website is ddiodoro@gmail.com Can someone please help me?
